만족하였으나 시내에서거리가멀어 차없는사람들은한시간이나시내로나가고들어와야함

the worst accomodation ever had. receiption is closed after 6pm then all resort is out of control. no one is available to take any service. when you need any help and call them, they will tell you only this "I can not help you before 8am"

Within walking distance to the beach. In generally good condition, though a few holes in the carpet around bathroom could have been repaired. The room we stayed in had washer/dryer but in description of the room this detail was missing, which was important to us as it would help us to pack ligher/better having two kids with us. Other than that - I do recommend this place.

Great location so close to the beach and 2 family friendly pools.

The resort is conveniently located, a short walk to the beach and places to eat. The one bedroom apartment we had was a good size with a kitchen, large bathroom/laundry, and a private outdoor area which gives access to the pool. There was plenty of parking, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay

The blue lagoon resort in Trinity beach was wonderful! I let them know prior i was coming later than check in so they put the keys in the box and had no problems, the room itself was very comfortable had aircon which was lovely to come back to after a walk as it gets quite humid everything was clean and they brought fresh tals and linen after the 3rd day and i had booked it for 7 days very close to to the beach only 5 minute walk and the recption people were very friendly would recommend staying here

Nice resort. Didn’t see any staff sturing our 2-night stay.

Self check in was great and the whole complex was really quiet for a busy season however, the carpet was a little dirty in one spot and there were some dirty cleaning rags left on the bed when we arrived.

Was okay. No lifts in a studio or one bedroom apartment. Lifts for 2 bedroom available. Warm welcome would not of gone astray with a smile. Apartment had to be cleaned before leaving. Dishes to be washed returned to cupboard . Bit noisy can hear thru walls people coming up down stairs. Walking past window.

Very clean and great kitchen appliances and utensils. Needed more supplies as only two toilet rolls and washing satchets supplied for 2 adults over 5 nights. We were 2 adults and one room had 2 singles which I put together.

We loved the pools, facilities and the environment.

Great location close to beach and cafes. Nice apartment with everything you need, comfortable bed. Beautiful swimming pools. Only negative was noise from neighbours, could hear them walking around and talking etc

It's an absolutely beautiful place to stay

Room was pretty small and we were give an additional bed for our kid which was not comfortable.

We had fantastic stay and they upgraded our stay in block E which was great.

Our family absolutely enjoyed the stay. The environment was perfect. Quiet and beautiful view. My children loved the pools and wanted to stay there forever. We definitely will come back.

We had a great stay at the Blue lagoon resort. We opted for the standard apartment and there was plenty of space for two of us for a 2 week relaxing break. The pool was great, and there were always enough loungers for everyone there. Employees at reception were always friendly and helpful. We found the bus service handy, which is only a couple of minutes walk from the apartment, to go and get groceries from Coles / Woolworths. There are a couple of convenience stores a short walk away as well but less choice. There are a few restaurants down by the beach, so enough to choose from as you can also cook in the apartment. A great place if you want a relaxing stay! We would recommend.
