That’s horrible. The water was cut off when taking shower in the night. Water pressure was also weak. But I would like to compliment one receptionist who tried to figure out. Anyhow, thanks for making unforgettable memory in Sydney.

The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to provide a high level of service. The room was great. We would love to come back

We had a pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Burwood. We booked for 2 adults and 3 children, unfortunately arriving to our room we had to organise an extra bed. The shower wasn't the cleanest with brown hair through it still (we don't have long brown hair) Staff was amazing

The hotel had a swimming pool so the kids enjoyed it and also nice that there were many shopping malls, restaurants and parks near the hotel.

Was very clean an all the staff where very polite

Staff were very friendly. The kids loved the Skye pool. Close to Burwood Westfield for shopping and China town for dinner. Two massive kids park located across the road which we walked to each day. Loved our stay and can’t wait to go back.

As always, we had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza Burwood. But what makes it exceptional, every time without fail is the amazing team working there! They are next level when it comes to taking care of their customers.

Great location for road or public transport parking on site and great cafe downstairs. Rooms quiet and clean.

Very run down, paint chipped everywhere, carpets dirty and no standard bathroom amenities at all. Wouldn’t stay again

Had a good stay here. Booked as I was going to a concert at Homebush so location was good. A little disappointed that I couldn’t experience the rooftop bar as there was a private function, guests staying there should be able to experience all aspects of the hotel. Booked a room with a balcony facing the park but the view was obstructed due to a large area of rooftop extending from the balcony areas. It would be awesome if this area had some greenery, potted plants and such so if guests can’t see the park, at least they can have a nice green outlook from the windows rather than just a grey, bland rooftop. Other than this, the room was clean and comfortable, staff were welcoming and helpful and lovely to deal with. Overall, great stay.

I liked the balcony to the room with the view over the park.

Perfect location for me for a Coldplay Concert at Sydney Olympic Stadium and i was very happy with the whole experience. Definitely on my list now for a return when in that part of Sydney.

Firstly we were put into Room 201 which was a disabled room which wasnt really a problem but we paid for a city view room. Shower curtain was very short hence water went all over the bathroom floor. Otherwise the room was very clean and bed & linen comfortable. No option for decaf coffee or tea and no milk option in room. Hotel was lovely, coffee shop very nice. Breakfast was good however basic breads available. Reception staff very helpful and courteous. Onsite underground parking was easily accessible and clean. We would stay there again as it was convenient to Olympic park for concert with a short cab ride.

Great stay and friendly staff. Food in the cafeteria however was disappointing. Nonetheless, I will be back again.

Overall experience at Crowne plaza Burwood excellent. Very accommodating with early checkin and helpful staff.
