We do enjoy staying at this hotel. Although parts of the exterior of the hotel needs attention, The bedrooms are clean, roomie and pleasant with a Comfortable king bed. Staff pleasant and helpful. Food very good and reasonably priced

I needed a place to stay for one night, and I chose an affordable hotel. I was pleasantly surprised: even with late check-in and the front desk being closed, I received a detailed email with instructions on how to access my room. Super convenient! The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The service exceeded my expectations for the price! The only downside was the location being a bit far from the city center, but overall, I was very satisfied. Great value for money!

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were super helpful. Location is great - walking distance to stations and shops.

The location was convenient for me. It is a basic accommodation and was clean. There is little charm or warmth to the rooms. The staff were efficient but not particularly welcoming. Although I am older and use a walking stick, and questioned the access to my room, there was no offer of assistance on check in.

Location good facility very poor shower door does not close and flood the bathroom floor when showering difficult to use the shower extremely small and wifi does not work.

It was a convenient location for us to get to the places we wanted to go.

I highly recommend this place. The room was clean and tidy. We received some Cockatoos in our window and it was amazing!

We had to book accommodation due to medical reasons to be nearby a hospital. I chose this property due to the advertised restaurant as we arrived fairly late the night. When we arrived, there was a note stuck that the restaurant was closed for a couple weeks over the holiday season. Why was that not mentioned on the website or the booking confirmation or anything? We had to buy something to eat at a nearby servo , nothing else available.

The property was clean and well maintained. Air con in one bedroom didn't work. Fortunately it wasn't too hot to sleep. Good bathrooms with excellent shower pressure. Comfortable beds, may be too firm for some. I would definitely stay again

I live in the Northern Beaches and booked my granddaughter and her son into the Killara Inn to be close to The Royal North Shore Hospital where my great grandson was due to have an eye operation early next morning. Unfortunately when my granddaughter dropped in to pick up her key she was viewed with a great deal of suspician and in a very unfriendly manner by being presented with a form to fill in without adequate explanation...then asked to provide an ID...then when she placed "one adult and child" on the form she was accusingly asked " and who is that person out in the car?"...to which she replied " my grandfather who has driven me here"..having just travelled from Hobart, Tasmania and Mascot for the eye operation this totally unfriendly reception brought my granddaughter to tears. Apart from this experience the room was clean but there was no lift to our room on the first floor but only stairs...for which reason we shall never stay here again.

We have stayed there multiple times. Handy , convenient location , tidy, clean, friendly team

The room was clean, quite large and well sound insulated so any noise from the nearby highway was very minimal. Very comfortable beds, fluffy towels and blockout curtains made for a pleasant stay. On the downside a few little things, the chairs aren’t very comfortable and there was minimal tea/coffee supplies, (would’ve liked more than two plain teabags). Steep stairs which made carrying luggage a little difficult for us oldies but on the whole the property was clean and conveniently located.
