Very difficult ,no parking , reception on first floor ,slow lift, not impressed with helpfulness of staff over 30 mins to check in

This is a great choice right in the heart of the promenade area. Lagoon is literally steps away out front, tons of restaurants all around. Convenience store just around corner and short walk to big Woolworths. Room was comfortable and well designed (we got the deluxe with two twins) with a nice separate sitting area and table/chairs. Good value for money and lovely staff!

Rooftop bar not open during both stays. The overnight bench warmers (homeless people) at the entrance and along the esplanade were a bit scary.

I chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the city center, water, and reef trip dock, and it was perfect for what I needed. It was nice, modern, and clean. My favorite surprise was the spectacular, restaurant-level breakfast options with an amazing view of the water. Definitely a good choice if staying in Cairns.

1泊のみの滞在でしたが、それだからこそ、この立地で大正解でした。 エスプラネードラグーンや、人気のレストランなど、すぐに行くことができ、時間を有効に使えました。 部屋もとてもコンパクトかつ、機能的で快適に滞在できました。 最上階のレストランからの眺めも最高で、好きな朝食を選んで、ゆっくり過ごせます。

食事やマリーナ、遊歩道、エスプラネード・ラグーンに近くロケーションは最高。部屋に窓がなかったのが残念でしたが、清潔でバスルームも広い。ルーフトップのレストランは景色が良く、最高。そこの日本人スタッフのルナさんには、英語に弱くて困っていた時や、ケアンズの街や観光についても教えてもらい、お世話になりました。

Would highly recommend. ALL staff were lovely and helpful, however, the staff in the restaurant were above and beyond helpful and gracious (in particular, Sara, our waitress made us feel so welcome we felt part of the Oaks family). We had a wheelchair accessible room, and although compact (hotel room) it catered for my mobility issues to the highest degree - dare I say, designed by someone with a disability perhaps? - and it was far superior to other hotels we've stayed in with larger rooms - none I've experienced (over many years) have done it better than Oaks on the Esplanade in Cairns! Well done, and keep up the great work! Would love to return one day :) 5 stars!!

早朝着でも、親切に対応いただ来ました。帰りもお願いすればタクシーを呼んでもらえますよ。部屋も綺麗でした。ルーフトップのレストランからの眺めは最高です、一度は行ってみてください！ 早朝だったからか、テラスが少し汚くて残念でした。 ホテルの隣がマックですが、日曜日早朝は周辺にいろんな人がいて少し警戒してしまいました。

My stay at Oaks was great, perfect location, close to everything, and the rooftop bar is awesome. The room was a tad small but for myself and my 5 year old boy it served its purpose. However a microwave would have been perfect, you get a nespresso coffee pod machine and no way to heat up the milk that's in the fridge! But I found the staff very welcoming and even gave a couple of colouring sets to my boy which is a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

i found the staff hard to understand. i sat at an unreserved with my wine and was asked to move to another table as it was apparently taken, yet no reserve sign on it. i left and had dinner ElseWare!! car parking FEE ? really My room had basically no window and i suffer from claustrophobia. was not comfortable. had Barramundi for dinner the first night and had diarrhea. Building was clean and tidy, i won't stay there again

Proximity to the Esplanade and CBD is fantastic Ocean views No noise from other rooms Room is well appointed

I was very happy with my room ,bed very comfortable & loved the shower in the bathroom

Ganz neues Hotel mit tollem King Size Zimmer. Wunderschöne Dachterrasse, direkt an der Esplanade. Sehr empfehlenswert! ❤️

Direkt im Zentrum gelegen, sehr sauber und neu, super rooftop bar.
