Great location near streets of flavour, clean room with wonderful smiles from staffs. Really enjoyed our stays

I stay at park royal parramatta once a year after easter holiday. This is my 4th time staying at park royal. I always enjoy my stay. Very comfortable and relaxing bed and pillows. Room is clean and big enough for me and my husband. Club lounge is always good with nice finger food and wines. I am definitely going to stay again next year.

Parkroyal hotel always goes above and beyond their excellence This hotel in Parramatta has prime location You don’t even need your car The dining is a few feet away and amazing restaurants as well as the Westfield shopping complex The tram is also a few steps away The room is luxurious and above excellence The bed and pillows are perfect and the room size is big I love how you get slippers and robes and a coffee machine in your room As well as some packet of sweet biscuits Toiletries are all provided for you except for a hair brush other than that you get shampoo conditioner body wash shaver shaving cream toothbrush and tooth paste lotion and a couple of other things like earbuds and face pads to clean your face This place is a must to stay in I’ll be back next year

The rooms have been recently renovated so they were very comfortable to stay in. Very nice.

We stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, it was a rather noisy experience due to ongoing construction. The drilling began early in the morning and the noise level was so high we had to cover our ears, making it impossible to enjoy any sense of peace during what was meant to be a relaxing holiday stay. While there was a notice posted in the lift, there wasn’t enough prior communication before our arrival, leaving us unprepared for the disruption. In my view, this situation was particularly challenging for families with kids, as the excessive noise could have made it difficult for children to sleep, relax, or fully enjoy their stay. The hotel really should have anticipated the impact this would have on guests and provided better solutions or alternatives. The site manager also should have implemented a noise reduction plan to lower the sound level and minimise the disturbance for guests. To be fair, we understand that construction work is necessary, but scheduling such disruptive activities during the holiday period was poorly thought out. This kind of disturbance is far from what we expected, and it's certainly not something we’d want to experience again. This could have been a great stay, but the construction noise, lack of foresight, and insufficient planning really overshadowed everything else. We hope the management and site team take steps to communicate better with guests and implement effective noise management strategies in the future.

The service was excellent and the dining both at the hotel and the surrounding areas was very good. The only negative was that the pool was too cold.

It was conveniently close to dinning

I didn’t like anything about this property: Lobby was messy. Floor tiles ugly. Zero decoration, even for New Year time. Breakfast was way below average (you need to fill a paper form to get an omelette or poached egg!!!). Almost all the staff were unfriendly. We certainly will not come back to this terrible hotel!

There wasn’t enough lifts for the number of guests.

Be aware of renovations at present. Noise during the day. Intermitent drone during the night on level 2 -possibly ventilation or exhaust fan.

Got one of the newly renovated rooms and it was perfect. Especially love the in-room drinking water tap with filtered water.
