Good facility; lovely hosts; nice welcome for my dog and me. Minor gripe: there was a $25 surcharge for the dog which is reasonable but of which I wasn’t aware from the Wotif site, although I may just have missed that.

Room was good, clean & had good amenities. Unfortunately some of the guests were people in limbo waiting for assisted housing. A couple were recently released from prison however not dangerous just made me feel uncomfortable as I’m a 71 year old female traveling alone. There was a lot of uncontrolled very young kids, loud music & swearing. I was unable to remain there for the last 2 nights. I notified the owner of my concerns & he agreed to a part refund. I did send an email on the 7th to advise hotels.com & request a part refund.

Park your car right in front of your room, easy to load and unload your luggage. Woolies across the road and servo with Coffees and Pies just next to the property.

The Rose Bourne was great well run motel on edge of town with great rooms and onsite parking. The town centre is 500m away and with Woolworths over the road it is a very convenient location.Will be back!

Very clean room and the newly renovated shower area is great. Need to upgrade the old AC units as a little noisy. Overall- very good and happy to recommend to fellow travellers.
