Overall it was a good two nights here. The only downer was the AC stopped working on Sunday night which led to an uncomfortable night.

There was work been done which we were not aware. We checked out 1 day earlier because work started at 6am. The water was cut off so we couldn’t have a shower. When told the staff they could care less and were not apologetic.

Power points in the room fid not seem to work.

Only stay if you have to, people were nice but the hotel is very much in need of a refit

Kind staff that were helpful. The rooms were clean and had comfy beds. They gave us plenty of clean towels and basic toiletries like body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The bathrooms were communal, but that wasn’t an issue. The only group I had was that some of the bathrooms were not as clean on the left side. Everything else was very clean, and the water was sufficiently hot. The bathrooms on the left side could also use some mirrors. Internet connection was fast and steady and you were just steps away from a beer if you needed. The location was above a bar and on the main street, so it is loud so bring your own ear plugs. I don’t have any complaints with this location and recommended if you have a large group and don’t mind the dorm style layout.

The hotel was excellent for our needs. The room was clean and comfortable. Facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Could have advised more clearly that it was seperate shower and ammenities at the hotel. Other than that clean room and bedsheets and a very comfortable bed.

Comfy bed had the basics did the job

Room was very clean with good amenities. Good location within walkable distance to the shops, and for the price I can say this was an enjoyable stay.

Property not as described. Room amenities state a bathroom but they have a shared bathroom. Also nowhere to park. They were happy to organise a refund which is the only plus.

Property was pretty unique with their room and toilets and bathrooms separated. Was easy to work around with.

Decent value, but unclean and in poor condition. Fridge has frozen our food.

Very dirty and smells very bad

We booked a queen room wotif confirm that booking but when we arrive they give us twin room for a couple when we ask them to refund and they refuse to do that and we didn’t help us at all …. Worst experience ever

All facilities are dirty

I didn't stay. straight after I was made to use the internet to book,even though I was physically there at the Ryde Hotel. I went to get key and the server behind the bar refused me my stay and said he had refunded me my money. He did not and I was left stranded in Sydney for the night because I needed my money back to rebook another room at another location. I had to sleep at the train station till the morning as there were no more trains to Oberon 3hrs away. I'm angry and I was scared and I want my money back today please

Staff were amazing, food was great, beds were very comfortable!
