It was great place. It is near beautiful clean and quiet beach, good restautants, gas station, supe rmarket. And the place was super clean and there was a comfortable bed and you can laundry. I highly recomend you to stay here if you visit port campbell or 12 apostles area.

The room was very spacious and clean, outside has really cute flowers with little blue wrens ducking in and out of them.

The room layout was very nice. It was nice to have a couch and the kitchen was spacious and well stocked.

Check in and check out invloved limited human contact.Dated decor, old carpet, blinds old school and did not function well, few ammenities, dirty dishes, lots of noise from above suite.

Only thing was the bed.
The sheets had stains holes. We slept on top of the sheets with a blanket.
Otherwise the room was well located, had what we needed and accommodated our late check in

Close enough to town to walk, lights in the room are not well planned too bright, too dark, not in the right places. there is a minuscule french press for coffee which made it impossible to make more than one tiny cup at a time. I wish there was a real coffeemaker as there are not any places opening early in the morning.

Older style property, clean and tidy - large comfortable room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was excellent for our needs. The dining in the area was wonderful. My wife is a coeliac and there was a wonderful gluten free dining experience in the area.
