I took 3 nights room 306 at Uno hotel. I am writing to complaint that: Firstly, the receptionist asked me deposit 100AUD in cash for damages if any. It ok. Secondly, the room has a bad smell because no ventilation. Thirdly, nobody clean room or change bath towels during 3 days I stayed there. Fourthly, nobody at reception counter. That the reason I had worried, no security and nobody check room before you leave the hotel. Fifthly, I asked the receptionist that I want to check out at 7.30 am and get back my deposit 100AUD. He said ok, but this morning I and brother call him over 10 calls. But he didn't pick up his phone. I can not stay there no longer because I will miss my flight. I also leave message, key and take a picture inside the room for all my evidence.
