위치도 찾기 어렵고 직원과 소통도 잘 되지않았다. Bathtub 두개중 하나는 고장나있었고 하나도 커버가 덮어져있는데 그걸 손님이 직접 치우고 사용해야 한다는것도 설명을 해주지 않았다. 주차공간이 없고 주차비를 따로 내야한다.

Our stay was very nice. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown and the easy access to public transportation.

Staff were not that friendly. No parking.

Great stay! The location was very convenient with everything within walking distance. The bed was really comfortable, and we enjoyed the nice view from the window. The only downside was that the hot tub was under maintenance during our visit, but aside from that, everything was excellent.

This was a great place to stay in downtown Banff, we could walk everywhere. Rooms were clean, comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful!

We had a nice stay at the Basecamp Suites and overall this seemed a pretty good choice for Banff. We had a 2 bedroom room for a couple +1. The rooms and bathrooms were a little small but the apartment was otherwise well equipped and everything was in working order. Great central location. The price seemed extremely high, but this seems pretty par for the course when it comes to Banff, especially during peak periods. Also, the parking was hugely expensive; again seems par for the course in Banff. There is a ramp attached to the hotel, but it is not run by them and doesn't allow multiple entry so if you can avoid having to park here do so..

Nice place to stay, definitely would come back

The unit we stayed in was a two bedroom, well taken care of and updated! Just FYI, there is no parking with the unit and you can either take your chances with street parking or the lot next door has plenty of space for $30 a day. Staff was really nice! We needed a pull out sofa and there were sheets, pillows, and comforter provided upon arrival. The town is just next door! We went to eat every night, frequented the coffee shops, and even explored the night life! It’s a small town, but this place is right in the heart of it and super well kept. Nice and quiet too. Bit pricey on a weekend but would absolutely visit and stay again.

Location, location - staying here will make everything you do around Banff so easy! Plenty of space for our family of 5. Check-in and out was so easy. Absolutely would do this again.

Parking was the only issue

The access/lock system is inconvenient….prefer card key access over push pads everywhere. The TV remote didn’t work even after the battery was replaced…???? The luggage rack was bent and wobbly. The light bulb for the lamp by the sofa was burnt out. The suite was clean and beds comfortable. A 3 star experience at best!

Pros: good quality location easily walkable to all downtown sites. Situated on a relatively quiet side street. Reasonable sized accommodation in our two bed suite. Cons: the suite contained no wardrobes or space for clothes to be unpacked other that a few rows of clothes hooks. Didn’t work well for a five night stay for a family of four. The parking is linked to the shopping centre on the same block and is very tight to navigate for Canadian sized cars. Costs CAD 35/day so not cheap. I had a slight problem on checking in where, unknown to me, the hotel had already charged my card 3 days beforehand, despite me having booked as ‘pay at property’ in Expedia. This led to me having to pay additional credit card fees unnecessarily
