The hotel is close to restaurants and a few minutes from shopping. Eaton centre is about 9 minutes walking. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Bistro food and staff were excellent as was front desk personnel. We had a noisy banging door neighbour who seemed to know others on the same floor who were always going in and out like all the time. We did complain to the desk manager but with little result. We stayed for 4 nights. The room doors themselves are very noisy. When they are opened/closed all day/evening it gets very annoying.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Courtyard marriott and it exceeded all my expectations! The rooms were immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and restaurant, were top-notch. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions. Overall, I would highly recommend courtyard by marriott to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay!"

We came to Toronto for a couple nights. Courtyard Marriott was great - not particularly high-end of course but the room was clean and well laid out, bed very comfortable, and service fine. The location is really excellent; halfway between Bloor and the Eaton Centre between Yonge and Church means you're within walking distance of a lot of places. The Loblaws down the block is a great grocery store with literally everything, and there's a shoppers drug mart just across the road. We opted for breakfast elsewhere because there are so many good places locally. We found a parking spot nearby on Spot Hero that was about a third of the price of the hotel's valet parking. Hotel staff were very nice and we had no issues at all. If I wanted a bit more luxury I'd head elsewhere, but for location, cleanliness and overall value i would absolutely stay here again.
