Room was clean but could use an update. Bathroom sink was very low

Very friendly staff and very straightforward process.

We really enjoyed the pool, well maintained and clean.

Check-in and out was easy. Front desk staff were fine. The bathroom was disgusting. There was orange and black mold in the bathtub, the sink tap dripped very loudly and the toilet tank lid did not fit the toilet. The walls were paper thin, we could clearly hear conversations from the room next door. We had to call down to the main desk at 4am because the room next door was being so loud. It did not appear that they did anything. We stayed on the 9th floor.

Amazing hotel, very nice and comfortable stay. We had no problem with our parking. Area did have homeless around and low income areas.

This hotel is being used as a homeless shelter Its good that they are prociding subsidized oldging for the needy but they shoild disclose and charge accordingly rather than top dollar

It was an amazing stay, the pillows and cold hot tub were our only complaints .

We stayed as we were attending an event at RBC place, so we were able to come and go to our room. Then walk downtown

The room was very clean and comfortable. I had dinner in the dining room and the food was very good. Our waitress Rebecca made it especially nice with her warm, friendly personality.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The front lobby was decorated so beautiful for Christmas time. Our room was so clean and so big and bright. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend friends and family as well.

About what you would expect from a large downtown 4-star hotel, nothing major to complain about but nothing to rave about either. Room was clean and modern, beds and pillows were comfortable. Restaurant food was so-so, although the Bloody Caesar was not good and I feel that’s a drink every restaurant should be able to get right if they just stop using the cheap mix. Our room package didn’t include parking ($16 I think, the small multilevel parkade is next door) or breakfast, which had both buffet and a la carte options. No continental breakfast so while we wanted to just grab a muffin or a yogurt to go for the kids (to tide them over as we had breakfast plans elsewhere a little later) unfortunately that wasn’t an option. Instead we had to buy each a buffet ($8 each) and ended up grabbing a few things just to get our $ worth. All in all a positive overall experience.

Excellent staff, clean rooms and very convenient location. Parking was not very secure and need better maintenance on the parking building.
