NiIce hotel.Good amenities.

Had a great time at the property. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Disappointed that we had asked for connecting rooms and they were not available for our stay, as apparently the hotel has no way of reserving them? Kids had a blast swimming and walking around the property. Swimming area was clean and there was staff available at all times. Great hotel, stay was enjoyed by all

Super belle hôtel, luxueux, moderne, belle piscine, bien situé avec accès intérieure au casino. Le seul gros problème c’est qu’il a seulement 6 bornes de recharge pour l’hôtel et le casino et ça cause problème. En 2 jours, je n’est pas pu me connecter.

Fun getaway with great restaurants casino and outdoor pool

Friendly and welcoming staff. The outdoor pools are amazing. My room was cold. When I arrived the temperature was very low and it didn't reach the desired temperature before I left the next morning.

They charged me $200 for a broken thermostat in the room. My room was cold when i checked in. The woman supervisor for customer service was horribly rude when i called back to ask why i was billed $200 on my credit card. It was 3 days trying to get someone on the phone. Charles left me a voicemail to call and diiscuss. I tried several times and front desk would not pass my call through to him. Finally i got a supervisor. This woman yelled at me and said i was a liar and broke the thermostat. She was laughing and mocking me. I couldn't go to work for 2days i was so stressed . My Father recently passed away and i could not bear the stress they incurred. This is wrong. I want this corrected. $400 for a room and i was verbally attacked. She was condescending and would not let me speak. She started laughing and at that point i was so upset. Devastated. I want my $200 refunded immediately.

This property never fails to impress. Worth every dollar.

Très bon séjour

It’s January and we can swim in the outdoor pool. It has a secret access tunnel that you can swim through that connects you to the indoor pool! My kids loved it!

Everything was okay about the property.

Spacious room and bathroom. There’s a nice lake view from the room. We ordered breakfast and supper by room service call, very nice staffs. We enjoyed walking long trail and swimming outdoor hot water pool. The front desk staff is very generous to give us 2-hour-late-checkout. In a word , we had a very wonderful time in the hotel

I love the hilton but i asked for an extra small fridge and microwave and was told that it had been taken care of. However when i got in my room it was not there.

Utilities are excellent We would have appreciated having more dining option.
