숙소가 깨끗하고, 아침 조식도 적당히 맛있고 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 모두 친절하셨습니다. 코인 론드리가 있어서, 4달러에 세탁과 건조를 동시에 해결할수 있어, 편했습니다. 여행지의 첫 숙소였는데, 모두 만족했습니다.

Nice location but, not clean, old facility

The customer service is top notch at this hotel. They are kind, friendly and always anticipating your needs. Breakfast wonderful and great location. Quiet rooms, great gym. Would stay her again and highly recommend.

Disappointed that we couldn’t acquire points as we have at most Holiday Inn hotels as we booked third party, as we always do for connivence.

Excellent Location

The door bell is awkwardly located and they closed the front pull in area which was a bit awkward for Uber drop offs, but the hotel is surprisingly sound proof for being across from a very busy SkyTrain station. Appreciated the 24-hr desk and hot breakfast. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, complimentary water greatly appreciated

Located in a good area. The staff was very ambitious, polite, and helpful. The room was appreciated, but the last night was very uncomfortable noise wise. Constant doors opening and closing could be heard even while sitting at the opposite end of the room on the bed. Better sound proofing could be added around the door. Everything else was appreciated in terms of detail and design. One more note, the lighting track on top of the bed headboard only seemed to have a switch on one side of the bed, and the switch was difficult to locate at first.

Great location for a quick few overnights. Clean quiet rooms. Parking was easy.

the buffet breakfast and staff are all wonderful! The skytrain noise did not bother me!

An excellent Holiday Inn Express, very well renovated, terrific world class Burnaby/Metro Center/by Metropolis Mall location in Greater Vancouver. Across the street from the Sky Train, which is easily accessible. Nice breakfast options and overall service, complimentary water bottles as you check in, etc.

The hotel was clean with lots of ammenties around, however thr access to the hotel was a bit challenging.

The train and traffic was a little loud but nothing my earbuds couldn't fix. There was a faint beeping noise in the room that I couldn't find so maybe check that out. The bed and bathroom were clean and nothing was broken.

Fully exceeded our expectations! Very good value for all of the amenities like parking and hot breakfast. Very clean and comfortable, lovely staff. Will definitely be back again!

都还算是可以设备有些老了。但前台服务非常好，环境好，到其他吃饭的地方非常方便。早餐不错。下次来还会选这。
