The room was OK, I liked that it had a stove top and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is a little dated but the room was updated. The staff were friendly and having the breakfast included was very convenient before hitting the slopes at Bromont. The location is just up the hill from the main parking lot- still suggest driving to the parking lot of the ski hill though (maybe 1KM away?). Great location. Hot tub and pool were nice to relax after a day of skiing.

L'hébergement était bien et très propre, mais je dois avouer que je suis déçu des frais supplémentaires qu'on nous a chargé. Nous venons de l'Outaouais et nous étions en visite chez de la famille. La fille de mon conjoint s'est ajoutée à la dernière minute à notre voyage (nous avions déjà une chambre avec 2 lits donc aucun changement à notre réservation). On m'a chargé 20$ supplémentaire pour ceci. Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel vers 16h le 26 déc. et nous sommes repartis à 16h30 pour un souper. Retour à 12h30 am et départ le lendemain matin à 9h30 am pour un déjeuner chez de la famille. Nous avons été en tout 9h dans la chambre pour un total de 240$... Nous n'avons pas profité des installations et du brunch, mais on nous a chargé un supplément quand même. Un peu déçu de cette situation.

No customer service, limited parking, false advertising saying it sleeps more people than there are beds for guests. Cots are $25 more even when paying for an extra guest. Hidden fees

Petit dejeuner très moyen peu de choix, pas de produits frais, pas d aliment chaud come des oeufs ou du bacon.
Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes mais correctes. Les serviettes de bain et le papier toilettes sont très low cost

Lors de l'hébergement a ce site, nous avons acces seulement au dej le matin de 07:30-09:30. La machine a glace fait des depots noires dans la glace. La femme de menage passe dans la chambre sans quon est demander quelle vienne. La tv est fixe donc pas de possibilité de bouger pour voir le tout meme dans le bain. Des gens ont utiliser leur jacouzzi dans leur chambre apres 23:00.

La chambre était TELLEMENT bruyant! C'était possible d'écouter chaque mots de la chambre à côté. Même l'utilisation du toilette de la chambre en haut on a entendu aussi. La chambre était propre et le service a l'accueil était gentil. Amené vous serviettes 👍

Les serviettes et rideaux de salle de bain étaient tachées. Jamais vu ça dans un hôtel. L’accueil était froid, aucune explication sur les services. Qualité du service à la clientèle inadéquate. Ça ne donne pas le goût d’y retourner.
