Great Boutique Hotel. Lovely view or L. Champlain. The room was wonderfully Euopean, meaning well service and extremely clean. The staff are comforable in both French and English. An important note for American clients. The bed and washroom were fabulous. I would put two identical chairs in the room with a small table for two. Couples like to play cards and sometimes dine in. I would ensure there were written instuctions in French and English on how to operate the TV - tres complicated pour cet senior citizen. In all, a great boutique hotel, small but wonderfully appointed. HIghly recommended if you are in the Townships.

The Hôtel exceeded my expectations. It’s located in a small town right off the lake. You can actually see the lake from the bedroom windows. Everything is in walking distance, or you can use one of the bikes the hotel has on property. If you plan on staying in the hotel has a spa and small gym. The hotel staff are amazing. They actually reached out before my stay to see if I needed help making any reservations for dinner or suggestions on what to do! The town makes you fell like you are in a hallmark movie, and the people in the town made us feel so welcome. I highly recommend this hotel if you are ever in the area.

Nous voyageons beaucoup et nous avons rarement eu un tel accueil. Avant même d'arrivé a l'hôtel un suivi avez été fait, les employés voulez vraiment nous aidez a organisé notre séjour/ activités, et bien plus encore nous avons eu une belle décoration dans la chambre. Cet hôtel sera répondre à vos besoins de part sa beauté, mais aussi par son équipe très à l'écoute du client.

Very comfortable and nice room with a water view. Elevator was rather small and slow. Bikes offered did not have hand brakes but pedal brakes so we were uncomfortable to ride them.

4pm trop tard pour s'installer...11am serait beaucoup plus plus intéressant...j'aurai pu paye un frais supplémentaire...au prix due seule journée...de 11am a 12am le lendemain sa serais beaucoup plus intéressant merci
