The water system was very noisy after using a bathroom stall. It sounds like a cruise ship horning when it leaves the port.

Went there for one night only and was overall pleased with everything. It’s a walking distance from a gas station, drugstore, restaurant and mall, which is really convenient. Room was spacious enough and everything was clean as well. The TV remote didn’t work well though. Tip: if you ask for a late checkout, make sure they write it down, or they’ll come knocking at your door at 11! ;)

Overall, we had a decent experience at this hotel. PROS: Modern, contemporary styling, if you like that; generally the room was very clean (except the dresser beneath the tv was very dust); largest big-screen tv we’ve ever had; lots of standard power outlets at convenient heights on the walls; very friendly, helpful staff; don’t know about the rest of the restaurant’s menu, but the breakfast menu is varied and all the dishes we had during our 3-night stay were excellent, although pricey. CONS: Marketed as a “state of the art boutique hotel”, however there are no USB charging outlets in the room, which, really?; there was no in-room safe…they offer valuables storage at reception, but who wants to leave valuables with strangers?; the bathroom towels are on the small side, and very thin; even in mid-November, flies kept appearing in our room, which was annoying; and last but not least, we had a queen bed, with a nightstand & lamp on one side only…???… there was plenty of room on the other side of the bed for another nightstand & lamp, but there was just empty space… so one guest has the privilege of sitting in bed and reading, and their partner gets to sit there in the semi-dark doing nothing… have never encountered that before, and found it to be really chintzy on the part of the hotel, especially at the price of a room… we solved the issue by moving a small round table that was by the window to the empty spot, along with the dresser lamp. Come on, Imperia, really?

Endroit très bien entretenu et très spacieux. Très belle suite mais comme beaucoup d'endroit, le divan lit était moins confortable (c'est le seul point négatif de l'endroit). Je recommande fortement et nous y retournerons évidemment.

An overall amazing experience!

Hotel needed paint and updating. Sheets were wrong size for bed so we’re always untucked. No cleaning service on weekend. Reception and restaurant staff very good and pleasant.

Convenience of an A&W on your doorstep. Easy Uber ride to nearly anywhere. Nice pool.

I loved this location! It was perfectly quiet and the staff were kind and accomodating. I wish there was breakfast included, especially for the price we payed for our room, but other than that, our stay was spectacular!

Very nice hotel at a fair price. The Montreal metro area is quite expensive - so this was a nice find.

Beds were very soft. Bathroom and tub were very clean. Close to the highway but quiet.
