The hotel was clean and comfortable. Easy access to Wes Edmonton Mall. Included a very nice breakfast. Would stay again.

When we notified the hotel that we wouldn’t be able to come do to icy road conditions, they kindly let my son take the reservation. The front desk person was very kind to text message several times throughout the night to ensure he was taken care of.

Very close to West Edmonton Mall, Mayfield Shopping Area and many other stores and services. Executive member rooms required key to access that seperate area of the hotel. The free breakfast was very good. (Buffet Style) unfortunately if you are not a coffee or tea drinker then you have to buy another type of drink separately. I noticed plug-ins for parking which was nice! Hotel is getting pretty old, so even the room I chose which was supposed to be the top choice and newly renovated was pretty standard. Tons of parking available and friendly staff!

Lady at front desk was rude, wouldn’t process my deposit and refused to give a refund when they wouldnt check me in. Many other properties in the area with much better service

The hotel was fairly clean, staff were nice, accommodation was requested when booking to which I received an acknowledgment email from the hotel and 4 days later when checking in found out it not only was not done and the staff knew nothing about it. Super frustrating.

A package delivered to my hotel room went missing, and there was no CCTV to investigate. The staff offered no assistance in resolving the issue. I stayed for almost 10 days, and the breakfast lacked variety, only alternating between bacon and sausage daily. Also, housekeeping only changes your linen if you asked them which is so difficult because no one answers their direct line. Thanks to the receptionist who helped us out. Other than these, we enjoyed our stay!

We slept well in our room, which was clean except for the tv remote which had a crusty substance in a couple of places and so we cleaned it. The hallway on our floor (the 4th) was in desperate need of a vacuum. The main entry foyer was clean and in good repair. The front desk staff were generally pleasant.
