The lady at the lobby looks angry. I asked her why you don't smile, and she said it is not my duty so I can't ask that kinds of question. There was no hair dryer in the room and the breakfast was terrible. No restaurant, NO gym. Tiny lobby with terrible elephant statue. One begger has drop off the hotel in the morning.

생긴지 오래되지 않아 깨끗하고, 방안에 주방이 있어서 편리합니다. 직원이 친절합니다.

Very quiet and modern. The whole vibe felt like a boutique hotel. Front desk staff was incredibly friendly. Will definitely stay again

There was no breakfast included even though the room rate wasn't cheap. The door didn’t close on its own when we left the room so was a bit risky.

We were pleasantly surprised at this property. Clean, newer, stylish and convenient location. Casino is adjacent to the hotel with 2 upscale restaurants. There is also a McDonalds, DQ, etc within walking distance.

Love the convenient location, the room and decor in it. Didn’t love no coffee in room… had to go to lobby for it. Some weeding and cleaning of broken glass in parking areas would be huge jmptovement

Limited parking, no coffee in room, no continental breakfast, staff not available at check in or check out.

Good location - stayed 4 days - had to ask for clean towels, removed our own garbage each day- asked for beds to be changed and housekeeping on 3rd morning and nothing was done.

Great new hotel in a convenient location. Missing a few key conveniences like a lamp in the room so you had to keep the bright overhead lights on to read. And coffee in the rooms. Coffee was available in the main lobby but it would have been nice to have it in the room.

Not a hotel to stay for multiple days. Accomplished what we needed for 1 night stay. No lounge, swimming pool or breakfast.

Very basic. It did the job but don't expect much more than your clean room. Free parking is good and convenient.

Great service at check in, check out, and when requesting service (like bedding and towels). Room was broadly comfortable, and the kitchen was somewhat well equipped. Was mostly comfortable. Areas that could have improved: (1) the AC unit was VERY close to our second bed, so the air was blasting at the bed, meaning we either had to choose not to sleep there or turn off the AC unit overnight (it was a heatwave); (2) rooms could have been better stocked with towels and bedding ahead of our arrival (recognizing that we had booked with a 5 person occupancy); and (3) kitchen could have included either additional towels or a drying rack.
