The space itself was nicely decorated and good kitchen and bathroom. We arrived on a cold night, it was -10 to find that a window in the bedroom had been left open so the apartment was quite cold. It took about 2 hours for the living space to warm up properly, my husband and I huddled under a blanket while waiting on the couch. When we got up in the morning to shower there was little hot water, so I didn't bother showering. When I addressed these issues with management, it was just brushed off as a "power surge" convenient for them, inconvenient for those paying for a stay.

Overall very good, only negative comment, the parking was a little confusing and an extra charge!

Room was nice and clean. Location not near restaurants, bars, places to visit biggest problem was the endless registration process, the multiple requests for deposits and the total lack of response from off site management. Simply, things that should uave hone smoothly became a hassle

Great communication from the property leading up to + during the stay. The room was as described, comfortable, and clean. Building is close to transit and walkable to several stores and restaurants. Overall, a good pick for a short or long stay in Kitchener.

Lovely and spacious. We did use the balcony and everything was in working order.

Laundry Room Suites was a great place. Room was very clean and worked well for our family. Drawbacks/improvements would be to improve extra fees and parking. Days before reservation came emails for prepaid parking and an insurance hold of $250 which wasn’t included in the details for the reservation. We did purchase the prepaid parking but the gate wouldn’t open for us every time we entered the parking facility. We had to supply our credit card again and then when followed up with the front desk, they said to call security when we had issue. This was very time consuming every time because the security guard asked us to scan our QR code (which we weren’t provided) and couldn’t hear our licence plate correctly with the connection and caused regular residents become impatient with us at the gate. A retractable blind or frost the glass in the window of the master bath would be nice. (Someone in a nearby home with a telescope/binoculars could have a quite the view in). A few more coffee supplies would also be an added touch. (There wasn’t enough coffee and coffee-mate supplied. Only 2 coffee, 2 decaf coffee and 6 coffee mate single servings supplied).

The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. The check in process on the other hand was very disappointing. Because it is a rental property as welll as a hotel the concierge is not at the front desk at all times but also patrolling the property. We waited 30 minutes before they retort the desk. Luckily someone let us into the foyer otherwise we’d be locked outside.

The property was very safe and the staff was friendly and professional. The suite was very spacious and clean. We would definitely return. The location was ideal for our function (OKtoberfest) that we attended, 9 minutes from the Alpine Club on Maple Ave, 3 minutes to the Kitchener Market, and 10-15 minute drive to St. Jacobs Farm and Antique Markets.

we rented a family room at the laundry room Airbnb in Kitchener Waterloo for Oktoberfest. The accommodations were very well laid out and convenient.
