Staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in early as the room was ready.

We liked this property because it is beautifully located, well maintained and the staff are all very helpful and friendly.

After a fiasco with another hotel and their incorrect amenity advertising, we forfeited booking with Hotels/Expedia and booked directly at the Watermark. We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The room was spotless, with a living room and separate bedroom, balcony with table and chairs and a full kitchen with laundry facilities as well (didn’t need for one night, but would have been very welcome after a few more days.) THIS review is for our stay on our return to the Watermark where we were able to redeem a free night earned through Hotels.ca. We were upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite without even asking. The staff at Reception were fantastic. Professional, pleasant and most lovely to deal with. We didn’t eat in the restaurant as we’re more “pub people”, but we walked directly across the street to the Owl pub where the food and wait staff were very good. Also, spent a fun evening in the micro-brewery at the south end of the hotel. Highly recommend this Hotel/Resort. It’s a little pricey, but for what you get, it’s an amazing deal in off-season at least.
