The hotel was great in many ways. Stylish and very welcoming. The charme of the place very special. The only minusses is the gym, that is lacking equipment, our room was a bit small (and then our neighbours showered is was very loud for some reason) and the staff didn’t speak that much English. They were very friendly, but the lack of communication possibilities draws down a bit. The area of the hotel is in it self not that great, but it was located close many cool and interesting areas.

Great rooms, staff were very friendly and the food at the cafe is top tier. After airport food for 2 days this was a welcome start to my trip through columbia.

The reception staff were lovely and very helpful with booking taxis, bagd etc. I liked the breakfast menu options however, adding fruit as an extra addition would be good. South America is big on fruit! The hotel didn't share the new year's eve party information and it would pay to let guests know how the majority of South America shuts down for NYE, 1st and 2nd Jan. I liked the option to use the gym and having an apartment style room. The noise of people coming and going from their room, the loud talking outside rooms and the NYE party could be heard all the time. Overall, I was happy with the service.

Agradable espacio, adaptado a un ambiente natural y tipo clásico, el desayuno estaba incluido y era un plato bastante rico y de proporciones adecuadas, la atención del personal en todo momento fue muy buena.
