에어컨이 없는것 빼고 다 좋습니다. 랜선 포트가 있지만 운영하는 학교 측 보안정책때문에 랜선 사용은 불가하고, 와이파이만 사용할 수 있습니다. 인터넷이 잘 되진 않지만, 호텔의 문제가 아니라 버밍엄 전체가 그렇습니다.

This is my third stay at this hotel! Exceptional value, friendly and efficient staff, modern rooms and very spacious, extra facilities including a pool and gym, great city centre location and breakfast is excellent: pastries, continental and cooked. I will definitely book again 😊

As always, really welcoming and really efficient. Rooms are clean, comfortable and fairly priced. CO2 ratings on the restaurant menus shows it takes sustainability seriously and provides, umm, food for thought.

Hotel was lovely and clean
No parking facilities have to pay but the staff allowed us to park at back because of disabilities
The swimming pool is not on site and have to walk down road to use
Was told breakfast was 9-7 but was till 10 brekkies was up to standards and the receptionist didn’t tell us the right information on arrival also not hot food that day which was very disappointing… and also forgot to tell us to put the key in holder for the heating to work so was very cold in rooms

Hotel and room were very clean. Couldn’t fault the room decor. The mattress was incredibly hard so I didn’t sleep well. There were a lot of options for breakfast. The scrambled eggs were runny, the staff kindly offered to re cook them for me, but they came back oily and inedible. The bacon was absolutely cremated and couldn’t be cut - everything else breakfast wise was fine.

The actual hotel was a lovely place to stay overall. Our room was clean as was the hotel and the staff were friendly. There were two different chairs in our room which was a bonus but weren't the most comfortable to sit in. There was a sign saying this was the only place you were allowed to charge your mobile phones, but none of the usb charging points worked, so we used our plugs with usb socket elsewhere. We did report this the next day when checking out and were told it would be reported to the maintenance team. The car park was not that easy to find, once we did and got parked, it was quite a distance to the hotel. We wished we had taken our suitcase with wheels rather than our overnight bags. The signage around the campus wasn't brilliant either one listed the hotel with an arrow then the next sign didn't show it at all. The buffet breakfast was excellent, although for the hot food you were served by a member of staff, which I don't like, I much prefer plate my own breakfast.

I was in a single room as far as it could possibly be from a lift. There was a lot of walking!
I like a firm mattress and supportive pillows but the ones here were a bit too solid even for me. The bed seemed wider than a standard single though
Very short of electric outlets and none for USB
Very pokey bathroom with the tightest shower cubicle ever
The breakfast at £15.95 seems incredibly high. I can't comment on the quality as I only wanted a light breakfast and that price put me off. A continental is available for £9.95. I went to the nearby Costa.

Good location, easy access to the city center, room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Checkin was quick as i did pre-checkin online. I didnt use the bar or the breakfast.
Parking was not available, so i parked in millemium point ( about 7 min) it work out cheaper for 12 hours, i paid £8. I would stay again when im in birmingham

Room was ok, but not the most comfortable bed.
Parking is not free ( hotel description very musleading on this) and the parking is also about 10 minute walk away
Be awars the hotel is also within a chargeable clean air zone so you will have to pay this fee twice
