위치는 위험하지 않고 리셉션이 항상 지키고 있어서 좋았어요. 보안도 괜찮았고요. 전체적으로 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 다만 방 안에 거울이나 옷걸이가 있었으면 했어요. 조식은 없지만 조식박스를 구매해야하는데 괜찮았고 음료수나 과자 간단한 걸 뽑아 먹을 수 있어요. 찬물은 제공되지 않지만 뜨거운 물은 주고요. 와이파이를 돈주고 사야하는 것이 가장 아쉬운 점이네요.

I booked a double room on a Friday, arrived at the hotel and went up to the room to find that the tv was positioned in a way that it was impossible to watch. In the whole room there was only one set of plug sockets which is extremely inconvenient! In the shower there was grime around the seals. There were stains on the duvet covers. Over all I would say that the room I was put in was overall more inconvenient than convenient.

Booked an accessible room just because it was cheapest. Very strange bathroom; very splashy shower, drenched half the room; very few places to put anything, no shelf, only one hook, not in a convenient place. Very hard to set air conditioning, didn't sound like it was working properly. Over bed light very odd, probably broken, also dirty. Left luggage service is great, though, as is check in.

Most basic 3-star (really?) hotel I've ever stayed in. Cramped, dated, stuffy room, saggy mattress, virtually zero amenities, not even a glass/ cup. Hospital-like corridors, carpets & lift. Staff hard to find. Otherwise...location superb, room clean!

No kettle. Reception did not tell me how to switch lights on. So had to go downstairs to ask about that. Then half hr trying to get tv on. Guy from reception tuned it in but still no tv channels. Hardly any channels in the morning. Can i suggest you ask customers to reset tv after using firestix etc. I've better things to do then try to tune in a tv

I’ve used this chain a bit in the past but will not be back, the pillows seem to be getting thinner and thinner the main function of a hotel is to sleep but unfortunately you will struggle or wake up with the worst back and neck pain

I am really pleased with the easyHotel Newcastle, very surprised as to how excellent it was. Really great staff, pleasant and warm welcome at reception, very accommodating from the start and made the stay! Wish all easyHotels would be as good as this one. The whole experience was great, really nice warning entrance, and everywhere was really clean and as i say far exceeded my expectations. Planning to return there again soon, really great. The location is brilliant as well.

Very depressing, oppressive and sterile room like a cell, damage to walls. Waited ten mins for someone to arrive to check me in. Electric kept going off so had to get ready in the morning by the light of my phone torch. Mildly preferable to sleeping on the street but for what is essentially a bed in a cupboard and the facilities/quality on offer it should be a maximum of £20 per night. Staff were all friendly at least and the bed was pretty comfy.

Overall the hotel is fine for a short stay. In general the concept of only charging for what is actually being used, makes sense, but in my opinion here they kind of went to far. Paying for luggage storage as well as for using the safe is something that seems unnecessary as it doesnt create any extra work for the staff anyways. In the end paying for these things makes it about the same or even more expensive then other comparable Hotels. Also the rooms are quite noisy, woke up two different nights as people were shouting in the hallways and no one intervened. So overall, fine if you know of these things, but would probably choose a different hotel next time.
