The room was small but very clean. And the staffs were very friendly. They always helped me with smiles on. Especially Diana and Eioise. I would definitely visit again when I have a trip to Oxford.

Good position in relation to drive in and out of city. Rooms very poor, greatly small and with no base to put your belongings, cannot swing a cat in these rooms. Sorry not for me

Considering the price stay was decent. Good area. The real downside was the type of customers but at this pricepoint I should have thought about it. Would book again if on a tight budget.

There were no spare pillows, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The towels had a very rough, exfoliating tecture. Check out was early but the staff were quite professional. I probably wouldn't stay again.

The price was reasonable, the staff were friendly, they allowed me to check in late, and the hotel is located in a good location (Summertown). However, the window in my room couldn't be opened so ventilation wasn't good and the bedding looked slightly dirty. In the bathroom, there wasn't a good place next to the shower to place my clothes, there was no toilet roll holder/dispenser so I had to hold the toilet roll myself, and the bathroom sink was small. Overall my stay was so-so.

Very welcoming and friendly service from receptionist, Elena. Nice bathroom. Comfortable and warm room. Very pleased with everything. Would stay again.

Excellent staff, esp Bruce on reception. Quiet, clean, comfortable room. No frills, just a good nights sleep.

Lovely reception team

No parking ( no guidance on surrounding street parking by staff), no soap, no shampoo, the shower mixer was stuck leaving only boiling water coming out, no room phone to call downstairs to complain, two of the towels and linen had marks (not washed properly), mirror was bent (looked like a circus attraction, pillows were harder than rocks, 1 light switch broken, room size was probably illegal under current NDSS standards. I can go on... I wouldn't go back if it were free of cost. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!

Got there tolet broken , paid for parking then could not park . Then air broken so we couldn't havevany heat it was on cold all the time
