The service was good overall. I like the manager of the restaurant. His name was Jorge. He was fantastic and very friendly. He memorized our room numbers! The other employees who were working under Jorge did not seem to be that trained well. They were slow to notice that there were new customers sitting on the table waiting to be served.

Really decent, large family room. Good hotel amenities and friendly staff. Close by to tube, DLR and plenty of eating / drinking options.

War alles ganz gut

Nice hotel, definitely one of the better ones in the area, clean, tidy and still looks somewhat modern. Some rooms are a little tired, so could do with a bit of a pick me up. However, the service, the beds and consistency of a Hilton, as we know it, keeps bringing me back when I visit London. Love the energy of Canary Wharf so don’t be put off by thinking it’s too far east, accessibility to everywhere is pretty quick via Jubilee and Elizabeth lines!

Good size family room

Good centrally located hotel for Canary Wharf. Could definitely do better on the pillows front, bit soggy.

Very spacious room with a very nice bathroom that had a fabulous bathtub. Very nice to have a fridge in the room as well and the complimentary water is always a bonus. Though we did wonder about one thing. Not one of the TV channels showed Premier League matches. That was quite a letdown for us who are very much into football.

We booked a family room for our 2 night stay but when we got to our room, the extra bed and towels were missing. This should have been ready before we got to our room. Plus, they ran out of shower gel. I think there should have been enough for the length of our stay. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent.

Overall good, some room for improvement for example where a customer wants to extend the stay or upgrade (for example to interconnecting or larger room) or postpone trip booked by 3rd party and not direct. The Gym was too small, but well equipped. Breakfast was good, beds comfortable as expected, and staff polite and helpful.

Surprised of the the state of the hotel compared to the majority of reviews. The hotel is outdated , carpets all over are stained , room interior brings you back to how hotels where in the early 2000’s. We did one breakfast at the restaurant - recommend not doing that with so many good choices at Canary Wharf. This was one of the cheaper hotels we could find during pre Christmas visit to London but in our book very expensive compared to value for money. Recommend going elsewhere. To top it off you get to sign papers upon arrival that you don’t have time to read or get explained what includes - we can now spend time getting out of a Hilton honours program that we do not want to be part of.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Kamila went above and beyond to ensure my stay was stellar. Highly recommend the facility. The on-site restaurant was a bit pricey for the quality of the food.
