킹스 크로스 호텔

유로스타와 일반 시내로 연결되는 역이 가장 가까운 곳이라 선택했는데 시설이 너무 협조하고 지저분하였습니다. 청소상태도 좋지 않고 관리도 잘 안해주더군요. 지하로 방을 주어서 습하기도 하고 배수도 잘 안되었습니다. 물론 항상 사진빨이라고 소개 사진보다는 호텔에 가면 어느 정도 실망하기도 하지만 이 곳은 정말 100% 사진빨의 진수를 보여주는 곳이었습니다. 3일 머무는 동안 불편하고 불쾌했습니다.

역하고의 거리는 아주 가까운데 밤에 들어오긴 살짝 무서울서 가족여행엔 맞지 않을 것 같아요. 직원들은 모두 대단히 친절하고 사려 깊어서 감사한 마음이 들 정도였습니다만 여자분들에겐 비추요. 커피 포트 열었는데 먼지 가득한 그런 거 있잖아요. 식겁했어요^^ 딱 잠만! 이런 남자분께 강추

친절한 서비스와 작지만 깔끔한 객실, 무엇보다도 st-pancras역과의 근접한 거리에 만족스러웠습니다.

so old building, and too small room for 2 people. didn't have the space for even 2 luggage. No elevator, location is not bad, but I would not visit again.

A nice enough place. Friendly staff, great location. Five minutes from Kings Cross station, underground and bus routes. Yet, surprisingly quiet during my stay. Clean and tidy room, but a bit small for me, especially toilet/shower/sink crammed into a really small space.

Had to wait outside and ring bell for access to the hotel. No answer. If cold or wet it would be much more of a drama. Called the hotel no. Which rang and rang. Eventually answered and told the receptionist was out and would return soon. It was the same chap who left as we arrived, but he didn't think to let us in while he popped out. Tiny, tiny double room. One sided access to bed. Extremely small bathroom. Couldn't access or exit the shower if someone on the loo or using the basin. Smell outside reception from loos. Stair treads narrow and rather dangerous. Whole place feels really cramped and a bit of a dangerous place if there was a fire. Plug in room wouldn't accept a plug. Not satisfactory at all, even for £67 odd quid.

I originally planned to stay here for two days, but the first day's living experience was too poor and I went to stay elsewhere the next day. There is no elevator, the stairs are very narrow, the guest rooms are small, and as soon as you enter the room, there is a strong smell of disinfectant, and the sound insulation is not very good

The property needs upgrading. The corridor so tiny, difficult move wirh luggage. No waiting area. The room not spacious. Need for effort on cleanliness. The good side of the property is that it is close to amenities and about 5 minutes walk to KingsCross station.

Very basic but well located.

Petite chambre avec toilettes et SDB communes. Literie confortable. On y a passé qu’une seule nuit avant de prendre un meilleur hôtel dans le centre de Londres, à Waterloo.

The bed was creaking a lot and very small for two people. The door to the bathroom was stuck and couldn’t be closed properly.

L'hôtel est bien situé à côté de King's Cross et le personnel est sympathique. Malheureusement, les chambres et la salle d'eau sont très petites, il n'y a pas toujours d'eau chaude le matin pour se laver et les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, on entend ses voisins. Le tarif reste cher pour ce que c'est.

The dirtiest place I've ever stayed.

I booked last minute as had flown in for a meeting which was delayed until the evening. All I needed was a bed, a bathroom and warmth, since external temperatures were heading towards zero. On reaching the room on the second floor via a narrow staircase, I had my doubts about the latter. The radiator was not working in the room, although the one on the landing outside was warm. I noticed a fan heater in the room. There was a single, fairly thin, duvet. Somewhat perturbed, I approached the gentleman at reception. He acknowledged that the radiator was not working, hence the provision of fan heater. I asked if another duvet could be provided and he said that one would be available when I returned. He was as good as his word. I slept well, comfortably and warmly. The other facilities were basic. Tea, coffee, kettle and biscuits were provided. On one wall socket, the top pin seemed to be damaged. Clean towels were provided. I left on good terms with reception.

The room was tiny, think cruise ship but smaller. The room was cold and had no thermostat. Black mold in a shower that was so small, no way could you bend down to soap up. The bathroom sink was beyond small. The bed was a single, double bed even though the website said it would have 2 beds. The staff was friendly

Séjour décevant Chambre impropre à la description ! Je ne comprend pas comment on peut louer ce genre de chambre . Plusieurs avis négatif. Et aucun geste commercial de l'hôtel ! Humidité mur au plafond
