랭커스터 게이트 호텔

조식 포함으로 두 건 예약했는데 둘 다 체크인부터 매일 아침마다 조식 먹을때 계속 포함이 안되어있다고 해서 매번 증명하느라 매우 화도 나고 복잡했습니다. 호텔스닷컴에서도 영문 예약내역을 만들어줘야지 그러지 않아서 직접 파파고도 돌려야했고 힘들었습니다. 호텔 위치는 공원 앞인건 좋지만 택시가 잘 안잡혀서 지하철을 권장하고, 화장실이 불편해요. 물도 잘 안내려가고 물 온도 조절이 안되어서 너무 뜨겁고, 샤워기 줄이 고정되어있어서 불편해요. 전반적으로 가격말고 장점이 없는 것 같아요. 조식은 평범하고 메뉴는 고정입니다.

The heater did not work, had to ask reception several times to come over to check. It did not work entire night, had to change the room next day, which I was told to wait till check in time which is ridiculous when it is their fault. Again, no apology at all. They said they got no room ready, but when I complained abt the situation, suddenly there's a room ready. Worst customer service ever, and they tried to charge the luggage when I left them after check out waiting for the flight. They said they charge them after check out. Not such a thing happened in any even crappier hotel and I am a frequent traveller. No heater no apology, but they will charge you for luggage. Simply not worth staying here. Room is dated, furnitures are dated, but comparably clean. That's the only nice thing I could find.

패딩턴역에서 도보로7분..주변도 조용하고 호텔이 낡긴했지만 깨끗하게 관리하고 조식도 좋다..성인가족 3인이 일주일을 머무는데 방이 넘 좁아 캐리어놓으니 지나다니기도 좁아 더 넓은방이 없냐하니 바꿔주었고 그때에야 좀 숨통이 트이는것같았다.첫날에도 냉장고에 무료제공생수는 없어서 그런가보다 했는데 체크아웃하는날 보니 생수를 룸서비스 하는것보고 라운지에 물어보니 원하면 드린다고 하는거다..ㅜㅜ 그럼 첫날부터 생수를 드리겠냐 물어봤어야하지..아예 묻지도 않은걸..생수사다 나르느라...바뻤죠..여튼 퀸즈웨이역,패딩턴역,노팅힐,하이드파크,버스정류장 다 접근성 넘 좋아요..서비스도 가격도 이정도면 백점만점에 백점입니다...

Disappointing stay. Reserved a twin room. On check in, no twin available but offered an upgrade that turned out to be in the basement. Room was OK but had no outlook out of its two frosted windows. Quite claustrophobic. Not great value for 200.00 GBP. Stayed here several times before and had much better experiences.

The good: It was a clean, new room. I was there for one night, so was put in the basement with no view. The room was freezing. The hotel sent someone down to help, who advised me to turn the thermostat up to 28 to get it to respond. This was 10pm. The heating issue was probably a fluke, but I would have expected a better experience for the price.

The facade was falling into pieces didn’t really look good - there was no water in the evening due to renovation and no compensation on the daily 190£ room rate my view was directly into another construction site where there was noice from the morning to later afternoon

The hotel is centrally located. Two streets from the Garden, princes Diana memorial, walking distance from the science museum and Hyden park

Snålt med toapapper, ingen toaborste (pga hygieniska skäl...?) ingen tvål. Glömde fylla på med tepåsar. Vårt ens fönster gick inte att stänga. Överlag kändes det som man gått ned sig i kvalitet. Bodde här för ett par år sedan och service/underhåll var på en helt annan nivå. Frukosten var så där. Överkokta ägg och dåligt utbud för att vara continental breakfast

Aceptable pero viejote. Limpio pero se nota falta de atencion a detalles. Central y facil acceso al Metro.

The staff was very rude as well as not being helpful

Was a booking mistake. I thought I was staying a different hotel in much bigger size with the same name. But overall this hotel is ok.

This hotel should not have 8.2 stars. They took all the phones out the rooms, they turned on the heat when still in the 60s, you couldnt call when you had an issue, the only good thing was the lication and breakfast. We stayed at a hotel near by , but couldn't get rooms there. I will never be back to Lancaster Gate. While I was there I told them of issues, they sent me a nasty letter. The rooms were old. You had to flush the toilet like it any old water closet. You either burnt with the hot water in the shower or froze.

Great hotel but had issues with the lack of hot water for showers and this didn’t seem to be a priority to have fixed - 4 days of lukewarm to cold showers

While the hotel shows a little bit of wear and tear, it was overall very clean, the service was great, the room was comfortable, and the location cant be beat. I stayed for a week and found it very reasonably priced. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Lance did a great job lining up our travel around London.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lancaster Hotel. London has recently been dealing with an increase in trouble with the recent protests and thefts; however, the hotel is located in a very safe-feeling neighbourhood. The room itself was clean, but our window latch was broken and we were located on the first floor which made us feel slightly uneasy. Other than that, we will certainly be staying here again.

The location of this hotel is great, but this hotel requires upgrading and modernisation. There was an issue with the hot water supply to my bathroom every morning.

Great location. Walkable to multiple subway stations. Property is a little dated. Front desk said they are getting ready to renovate but not do anything about the plumbing. You have to have a special touch to flush the toilet as the plumbing is so old. Overall a good choice for the price and accessibility as we were never in the room.

Ett helt okej hotell, som ligger på ett bra läge. Börjar bli lite slitet och skulle lyftas av lite renovering. Rummet var lyhört med otroligt störande grannar på ovanvåningen.

Hyvä sijainti, tilava ja viihtyisä huone rauhallisella kadulla. Suihkusta ei yhtenä päivänä tullut lämmintä vettä ja toisena päivänä ei vettä ollenkaan, ilmeisesti koska naapuri oli suihkussa samaan aikaan. Sängyt kovat ja petivaatteet karheat.
