I really enjoy staying in this hotel. The bed is clean and comfortable and the location is so perfect for everything. Staff members are also very supportive.

Turned into Ducie Warehouse on new year’s eve when I stayed so I could stay indoors and out of the rain. Had a really good stay

A really nice hotel with friendly staff - the only downside is the volume restrictions on the TV!

Brilliant location and excellent deisgn of the hotel and room, and the kitchenette was very handy to have. However the sound proofing was poor, could hear every door slam, every siren outside and the next room's talking, phones and morning alarms going off like we were in there with them so very frustrating as we barely got any sleep. Bar space downstairs is great but coffee and breakfast was sadly deeply average despite a promising menu. A shame as the dog friendly nature was also appealing for future stays but I wouldn't recommend it as highly

Beautifully refurbished & modernised - although disliked the dark decor in the rooms & lack of natural light. Otherwise everything very comfortable.

From the moment we stood in the check-in queue, I sensed trouble. Despite greeting us, the receptionist allowed another guest to barge ahead for a second key. When that failed, the same person returned and cut us off again—right in the middle of our check-in! Next, we were allocated a ground-floor room. Take my advice: if you’re assigned one, insist they change it. The room directly opposite ours was in constant use all night. Doors opened and closed every few minutes. We suspected there was some kind of illicit activity—possibly involving narcotics or adult services—going on in that room, as the door scanner meant to secure the area was completely broken, allowing anyone to wander in and out freely. Given how annoyed I was at reception, I can only assume the receptionist deliberately placed us in the worst room imaginable. Although large, our own room was oddly furnished, with bizarre colour choices and a design that felt like a modern shell forced into an antiquated prison. Outside the window was a strange void facing another window, making the whole setup feel disturbingly claustrophobic. We even found a blob of sticky residue on the floor. The bed was actually two singles pushed together that drifted apart if you moved. The shower head refused to stay in place, and the ceiling was so low I couldn’t raise a hairdryer above my head. To say we got no sleep would be an understatement. By morning, we just wanted to go home. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Premium Studio is vast and well appointed. Perfect for our dog. The bar is dog friendly. Maybe take ear plugs if you’re in a Premium Studio at the weekend as you’re close to the entrance, on a low floor, and music can be heard nearby until 6am. It didn’t really disturb us, but it can be heard. Pre-booking the parking underneath was a wise choice.

Our room was nothing like the pictures when we booked! We booked premium studio. Quite disappointed! Rooms were too hot. Pillows uncomfortable. Bedroom an internal window which wasn’t nice. Toiletries dispensers in shower didn’t work.

Cool design, great location and friendly helpful staff.

Top class large appartment right in the heart of Manchester city centre. Really easy to check in, no issues with our stay. Clean, well furnished appartment that you could live in! WiFi was good, shower was powerful and hot and best of all the bed was comfortable and we slept well. I booked the appartment to visit the coop live venue. This was a 30 minute walk along the canal bank door to door! We parked on site underneath Native and pre booked. Not cheap I suppose but worth it as we didn’t need to lug bags around before want after our stay. I will stay here again. Thanks

Super fan of Native. Must have stayed a dozen plus times and always great. This time wasn’t so good because the pillows were tiny and like concrete slabs and there was a strange klicking noises repeatedly throughout the night that kept me awake but I couldn’t identify where it was coming from. So, had two rubbish night sleep but the decor, staff, location were all great as usual.

Close to the train station which is very handy, hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was superb, one of the big hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in!

A lot of external noises. The ceiling was leaking at 4.30am on to the bed, the receptionist wasn’t very apologetic and didn’t seem too concerned that there was a bad leak, but did move us to another room. The corridor had a strong smell and the extractor fan was so loud in the bathroom, we struggled to get back to sleep. The rooms are nice and the bed was comfy but the stay was ruined by the disturbances we experienced
