Room not clean, staff overwhelmed in restaurant.

Las instalaciones son modernas, en una excelente zona, el personal muy atento y la vista de su restaurante espectacular.

Second time staying here. The room was lovely. A few small issues that affected the scoring. First of all, the tv mirroring does not work, had issues connecting a fire stick to the WiFi as well. The in room tv lost signal as well Did not matter as was only staying the one night but was disappointing for such a nice hotel. Main issue was the random staff member coming into our room 10 minutes after checking in and asking if the room needed cleaning. Did not seem like they wanted to leave the room at all. Finally left after 3-4 minutes. Seriously unprofessional. Such a shame as most of the staff were lovely and the hotel itself is stunning. Will think twice about staying here again in the future.

This was a lovely experience!, seamless check in and friendly staff. Excellent value for a Suite in Canary Wharf and the view was breathtaking! I plan on returning.

Had an amazing stay with my partner really enjoyed the hotels just didn’t find the pillows comfortable apart from that everything else was nice

Åkte hit med familjen innan julen och vi hade det super bra. Det var rent, fräscht och trevligt. Frukosten var bra, hade velat ha några våfflor eller pannkakor dock:) men annars toppen. Läget var riktigt bra till tunnelbana, mataffär osv. Mycket ljudisolerat trots att tågena åkte utanför. Allt var 10/10. Kommer absolut åka hit igen.

The property was great. It was clean and fresh and our room was remade every morning. The people at reception were very friendly. I would recommend this property highly.

Nice hotel, good service, high floor. £20 for a room.service pizza was a bit steep and had to pay by card as opposed to put it on the room which felt sketchy

Amazing hotel for a short break- fantastic rooms and views! The food, bar and staff were fantastic. The pool was a little cold and the queues for the lifts were only slight negatives.

We enjoyed the view from our room. The front area staff were helpful.

The receptionest was extremly kind it was a lovely stay the brekfast is very good but really packed and understaffed

Overall great, spacious, comfortable! Only downsides no Smart TV, and our room did not have a coffee machine.
