Good : Kind staff, Good location, Comfortable bed Bad : Noisy outside

施設は立地にしては値段が安く泊まることが出来て、観光地やヒースロー空港へのアクセルが良いのがとても良かったです。 今回5泊して気になった点をまとめます。 •レセプションにスタッフがおらず、担当者に電話をかけても出ないことがあり困りました。 •部屋は冷蔵庫、ポットなどはありましたが、かなり汚く使える状態ではありませんでした。 •ドライヤーはありませんでした。 •アメニティは、タオルなどはありましたが汚く使える状態ではありませんでした。シャンプー•ボディソープは小さい容器の使い捨てが置いてありましたが、交換してもらえてない日もありました。 1人の旅行で泊まるためだけに利用するのは良いかなと思いますが、カップルやファミリーでの利用は避けたいと思いました。 しかし、シングルルームを利用し、写真の通り、イギリスを感じることのできる味のある部屋作りは良かったです。

Ok location. Very friendly receptionist. Hotel rooms very tired. Room 14 Loose or no shower hose holder. Room 10 bathroom shelve missing but brackets left. Screws in walls where once picture was, loose bath tap, a raised tiled bit in middle of floor which is a trip hazard. No curtains but an ill fitted roller blind. Remnent of 2nd glazing left on windows. No tea bags. Room full of too much unnecessary furniture. Floor tiles outside room grubby and stained.

This is a very old property. No elevators and staying in the higher floor is a nightmare

I booked to stay at this property and paid. The booking was accepted, when I arrived I had to call a number and was told someone would be with me in 5 minutes. We waited, I was then told the price I paid was not right even though it was advertised and paid for all on Expedia. I was told I would have to pay an additional £95, it was late and we were tired. Having already paid a fee, I was left little choice but to pay an extra £95! This is totally unacceptable.

Room was small. Spotlessly clear. Bed very comfortable

It’s a budget hotel in London and you get what you pay for. It’s better than sleeping rough. Very noisy doors slamming all the time. No sound-proofing between floors so could hear the person above getting in and out of bed. Very hot and and the sash windows did have a weight on them so I had to wedge it open. I have stayed in worse. The telly worked. The towels were clean but incredibly stiff / hard. They seemed to provide Molton Brown toiletries which was a nice touch. The shower worked fine.

Supersøtt lite erkeengelsk hus. Når du søker på google maps kommer nr 67 opp og dette ligger på 47 så slet litt med å finne det. Resepsjonen var ikke bemannet når jeg kom så jeg måtte ringe et whatsapp nr og vente i 30-40 min på innsjekk. Personalet er super søte og veldig hjelpsomme! Bodde på toppen (10 stk trapper uten heis) men rommet var for seg selv og hotellet er super fredelig. Perfekt for 1-2 personer som ikke skal oppholde seg på hotellrommet så mye da det er lite men jeg trivdes. Hadde problemer med trykket i dusjen, litt rusk og støv på badet men til den prisen og lokasjonen mer enn bra nok! Kommer tilbake!

The property was dusted, construction work while opened, no staff when checking in, had to wait almost 1 hour before someone showed up. The construction guy had to call the staff to show up. The room was dusted. When I tried talking to the front desk about inconvenience, the guy started defending himself and insulting us. So we just left

Very quaint hotel, loved the room and the view. The only downfall was no lift.

I checked out 10 minutes after I checked in. The bedding was very stained.

Really well locted, acceptable, welcoming staff and 24 hour acceptable. All in all very, very pleased and will use again

La Habitación está Bien, para ser Londres y por el precio pagado.Buena ubicación y buen precio, pero... No tiene ascensor y me dieron la habitacion en el tercer piso. Además no hacen la habitación diariamente sino cada dos días.

Poorly maintained property needs renovation. Peeling wallpaper. Faulty blinds in the room. Stopped in room 8. Internal double glazing fitted but 1 peice of glass missing so high road noise if you a light sleeper be aware. Good location in central London shopping areas that’s it’s only positive in afraid. Wouldn’t recommend or stop there again.

Disappointing!Very noisy,not clean enough and the room quite expensive .

Quite weird. No receptionist when we arrived. Eventually came, but late. That’s bad! If someone wanna check in or if something happen. There’s no one nearby. The room was A LOT of dust. The room we had was 009 which the window was not closed properly. We tried to close it but the noises outside was so loud, it sounded like we slept near the street. VERY LOUD! During checkout We rang the bell and said hello to maybe call attention. But no reaction was given. Until maybe 10 minutes after. The reception came out from where the former breakfast was held. Apparently played on his/her phone. That’s bad service!

Reception was partially manned Very tired rooms, plug pulled off room More like a hostel than a hotel!

The person who was in reception upon arrival was so kind and accommodating. He was very responsive to all requests and thanks to the location, it was extremely convenient to be able to walk to camden market and other places, if you don’t mind a half hour walk which I don’t, really.

Had to wait for a good 5 mins for someone to come and check me in - i dinged the bell a few times and then also called them. Eventually someone came, who was very nice, but it was late at night i was keen to get checked in asap.
