The Pan Pacific London is a little expensive hotel with moderate location, superficially kindly-looking workers, and so & so restaurants, to which you should pay over 650 US dollars a day. But once you pay all the money and go back to your country, all the kindness and smiles that you witnessed during the stay would suddenly and unbelievably disappear. I stayed with my wife there for 7 days for 38th wedding anniversary travel, and unfortunately I lost my precious fountain pen during the stay. I think that it was definitely my fault, but I did not use the pen during the travel, I asked the hotel about the presence of the my lost pen in my stayed room three times. One calling, and two sendings of e-mail. But I did not receive any responses from the hotel for about 10 days. Now I am sure that their only concern was my money, not my joys, pleasure and worries. I will never visit again the Pan, and from now on I will advise to my friends that they should choose any other hotels except for the Pan Pacific.

A beautiful hotel with lots of lovely staff let down by poor food and dreadful music.

By far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff was incredible from start to finish. You feel like you are at a true five star hotel. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable which is key to having the energy for your vacation. I will not stay at another hotel when traveling to London. This property is worth every penny!

Always a great time in London but this stay with PanPacific just elevated our experience to a whole new level. Everything was just perfect!! Loved the gym and spa

One member of staff at the front desk (Sonia) went above and beyond for us during our stay making it extra special! The room was immaculate as was the wellness/pool area. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone I know!

Elite, top level property with excellent staff and service, one of the best hotel gyms I've ever been to, very good lobby bar, and some extras like Santa at Christmas. Rooms are excellent with great bathroom and in room coffee, mini bar and the view from the 13th floor was amazing. But the staff and service is what really sets this property apart from all others. Elite level!

Lovely hotel, would definitely return.

At the restaurant, dinner the night before the food came out cold, had to send back, this was the same for the breakfast the following morning. I was not made aware that there was a service charge of £20+, which although I didn’t quibble over, I would have thought I would of got my full £150 refund, I thought that was a little under handed, as I had paid a lot of money for the room. I should have been informed of that from the outset.

Wir haben 4 Nächte im Pan Pacific Hotel in London übernachtet und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Bedienung war hervorragend, besonders Nicole, die uns bei einer unangenehmen Situation hervorragend unterstützt hat – ein großes Lob an sie! Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und angenehm. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war, dass es keine Möglichkeit gab, frische Luft ins Zimmer zu lassen, da dies nur über die Klimaanlage geregelt wurde. Trotzdem hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Ein super Erlebnis in der Adventszeit. Tolle Lage (direkt neben Liverpool Street Station) mit vielen leckeren Restaurants in der Umgebung (Tip: Fazenda), schöner Tannenbaum vor dem Haus, stilvolle Dekoration von Lobby und Bar / Lounge. Houskeeping super. Ausblick vom 16 Stock (Premier Room) grandios. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten gar nichts auszusetzen.

Pan Pacific London is the first hotel I've ever stayed in my years of traveling that truly made me feel at home. We stayed in London for a week. During the day, we had a great time walking and touring around the city. By the time we were done and back to the hotel, we felt so relaxed in our room which was so warm and cozy that I'm not exaggerating it felt like we were back at our own home. The housekeepers also added nice personal touches to their daily work. For example, they neatly tied up all our digital cables and electronic chords (we had so many laying around in the room) which inevitably brought out an appreciative smile on your face when you came back and saw them. All the staff we met in the hotel from the first day we stepped in to the last day we left were all super sweet and helpful with no exception. These are the names I can remember: Hazel, Antonio, Kamal, Luvick. And there are many more who I did not get to ask for their names. Their genuine care and hospitality made this hotel stand out from the rest. It is worth mentioning that my daughter has severe multiple food allergies. She was so well taken care of when we dined there including our afternoon tea experience that I did not have slightest concern in our entire stay. We tried the afternoon tea at Fortnum & Mason later on - it felt so pale in comparison in terms of both food quality and service. London is a wonderful city. But Pan Pacific London, you added color and warmth. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience at Pan Pacific London. The room was great, but more so the customer service was amazing. My girlfriend got ill the night before we were supposed to depart to Paris. The hotel helped me extend the stay. They brought my girlfriend fruit, water, tea, extra pillows and checked in on her. When the staff saw me throughout the day they asked how she was doing. Incredible experience that made a stressful time so much easier.

Second time in that wonderful hotel. There will be more… a superb reference in the City.
