깔끔하고 좋은 숙소였어요. 아파트지만 리셉션(?)역할을 하는 오피스가 별도의 건물에 있어서 체크아웃 후에도 짐을 맡길 수 있었어요. 매일 타월 교체나 방 청소를 받을 수 있는 게 장점이에요. 건물 내에 엘리베이터도 있고 세탁기도 무료로 이용 가능합니다. 단점이라면 방이 넓지는 않아요. 특히 화장실 많이 좁고 수납공간이 적어요. 그리고 역과의 거리가 가깝다고 할 수 있지는 않아요. 관광이 목적이신 분들은 좀 생각해보셔야 할 것 같아요.

Our stay was completely wonderful. Easy walk to food or essential needs and easy 10 min walk to the tube. Great access to all areas of London. The staff was very courteous and came each day to freshen the room. I would stay here again!

J’ai réservé 2 chambre sur la même réservation, pour moi et un couple d’ami. Nous n’avons eu qu’une seule chambre. L’hôtel n’a pas voulu nous donner la seconde chambre que nous avions pourtant bien réserver. À 1h du matin nous avons donc pris la décision de laisser les femmes dormir dans le lit et mon ami et moi dans le canapé sauf que surprise il y avait des asticots dans ce canapé. Merci Hotel.com pour le relogement, vous avez été très professionnel et rassurant. Nous avons été débité de 115£ chacun (mon ami et moi) par l’hôtel provenant d’une emprunte bancaire soit disant à 0€ lors du Check in online. Bref c’est le pire hôtel du monde, le plus sale, le moins professionnel. Une honte absolu

Hammersmith Grove is a lovely area in Hammersmith and the hotel is very close to transport and amenities. The room was small and the kitchenette had the microwave on a high shelf and some crockery in a high cupboard. For short people you need to stand on a chair to operate the microwave or reach the crockery. The hotel did move the microwave down to bench level for us but then there was no workable bench space left. Overall accommodation is good for London standards and location excellent. It cost us £30 for an Uber to Heathrow. Train links also close by.

Pretty poor stay sadly. I've stayed at this hotel 4+ times and sadly every stay has gotten progressively worse. Overall condition of the property is deteriorating sadly, with rooms looking quite tired and in need of decorating. They would have been lovely when originally renovated but sadly every room i've stayed in has suffered from damage, mould or just overall tiredness. As many reviews mention- the rooms are ridiculously warm. They do provide fans in rooms but they don't do a lot to reduce the overall temperature, I would NOT stay here over any summer month. Lack of front desk or concierge is a bit of a pain, meaning you have to walk further down the road to get checked in and the signage on the check in area is not very clear so easy to miss. Every time i've stayed they've advised they have sent keycode to the property to my email yet this has not once been received. Its unlikely i'll stay again. Lack of sleep (due to heat) and tired knackered rooms aren't worth the room rate sadly.

Very comfortable, stylish and well equipped. I wish the room had more storage space, especially for clothes. Housekeeping was weird, had a hard time coinciding with the staff to ask for towels.

There was no hot water in my room. I had to take a cold shower. I flagged this to the hotel via two separate ways and received no response.

Conveniently located, nice garden in the back to relax outdoors. Kitchenette was a huge "plus" as it relieved being forced to get ALL meals from restaurants, cafes, fast food etc. Very close to train& bus options so getting around greater London was simple. My room was dusty but staff fixed that as soon as brought to their attention. Would stay again and recomend to friends/family

Lovely apartment, the small kitchen was perfect for a weekend stay. Was offered complimentary upgrade which was much appreciated. Regularly visit London and will definitely stay again.

It is in a safe and convenient area. No A/C, but two fans are provided for each room. Wifi in the first room I stayed is weak.

Perfect amount of space for 2 people....especially when we didn't necessarily spend that much time IN the room. Comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, cleanliness, etc...all good.

Nice place, information upon arrival was a bit unclear . Places had all the amenities expected. We had some troubles with our room they were accommodating

La habitación muy cómoda y agradable. Ojo, que.la recepción queda auna cuadra y no recibí ninguna comunicación sobre ello y solo hay un número de teléfono para llamar. No contaba con acceso a llamadas telefónicas. Fue incómodo
