Lovely stay extremely friendly and felt almost family run which was a very pleasant change. Lovely foods we ate in the restaurant and stayed in the bar all night to then have the breakfast which was amazing. A great little place to stay and after this experience I am looking for a excuse to come back.

Amazing place

The location was good and the room was very comfortable. which was reflected in the price of the accommodation chosen, i.e. it was not cheap. I found the Reception staff and the Breakfast staff to be professional and pleasant. However, this was not my experience whilst dining there on a Sunday evening. I was surprised, as a paying guest, to have received from three different dining area staff the very same reply to my request for a glass of water, to accompany my evening meal - "Yes, of course" and to then not receive the requested water. Not only did I NOT receive the requested glass of water but I was then subsequently ignored. Being a Sunday evening, the dining area was busy with 'walk-in' diners. However, I believe the hotel could make some effort to better serve its paying guests, be they resident or 'walk-in' rather than simply lie to them in an effort to brush off requests. Although the room was lovely, and the location very nice indeed, I certainly wouldn't make the mistake of putting myself at the mercy of the dining area staff again.

Hotel is in need of refurbishment. Although clean it looks very tired. Our room was very small but had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, but I couldn’t say the same for dinner. However, the location is excellent and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Lovely hotel in Botany Bay. The liveky Lsurie checked us in abd we had a complimentary upgrade which I really appreciated so much. Sadly we stayed only one night but will return fir sure. We ate in had had the fabulous gush and chips

The hotel was lovely and the location was overlooking the sea which was very nice. We booked for an evening meal which was absolutely appalling., We booked for seven o'clock but had to wait outside the dining room to be seated for about twenty minutes.The waiter had to come and clean the table then we waited over an hour to get the drinks we ordered. Then our meal came which was nothing special for the price.Everyone was complaining about the wait. I wouldnt stay here again which is a shame because the place was lovely. It just was the service we received it was a shambles.We were told guests were a priority but we would have been better doing self service.

We loved the layout and style of the hotel. The location is the big selling point with the sunrise a must see. The staff were very friendly.

Having lived nearby for several years, have stayed at the hotel a couple of times, our preferred area and hotel throughout the Southeast. Lovely staff, the rooms may be slightly outdated, but traditional and cosy. Keep them as they are. Always a great selection of coffee, teas, milk on hand, hot chocolate, biscuits, kettle and nespresso machine. The food is amazing as always, breakfast with buffet, loved the crumpets. The hydration station with cold water is brilliant in hot weather. Dogs love the hotel, the beach and beautiful walks along the green. Any waiting is worthwhile at all times. Plenty of parking spaces, just arrive early enough. Keep smiling, you're all doing an amazing job. We'll keep coming back.

Perfect location. But you can tell they were either short staffed of inexperienced, but that said they work incredibly hard. We had the family room and it was a bit rough round the edges - I rate the rooms on two fundamental things - quality of the shower and how comfortable the bed was and it failed on both!

Great hotel, wonderful location. Brilliant spot to have a drink outside on a nice day. Staff in bar very friendly, only negative is the hotel is a bit tired in places and the rooms are a bit average although this wouldn’t detract from me returning
