Had a very nice overnight stay. Rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The owners made us feel very welcome.

Fatal, reservé el mismo día de la reserva y ellos tenían que enviar un código para entrar a la casa ya q tenían horario hasta las 9;30pm en la recepción y mi vuelo llegaba hasta 11pm y no lo enviaron hasta el día siguiente a las 2pm. Muy mala la comunicación del chat todas las respuestas son automáticas, pésimo servicio y tuve que dormir en el aeropuerto!!!

Lovely room, very comfortable bed. Sadly the pillows were stained. The toilet ring was a little stained underneath. It would be nice to have a lampshade rather than a sad looking light bob hanging from the ceiling. Sound proof not very good. Overall, I would stay again as very convient for an early morning trip to the airport.

Great place to stay before your holiday.Very close to local restaurants.Nice rooms and transfer services offered if required.On site parking is also a great bonus for a reasonable fee.

The room (decor, bed, pillows, shower) was very comfortable and the service was very responsive (super easy check-in and out and heating question answered immediately). It’s close walking (within minutes) to several food options. And a very short walk to the Metro 100 bus to Gatwick.

Beautifully run and maintained property. Sadly during our stay we were really ill with food poisoning from a non-UK airport, but even with that we could appreciate the good job the owners (?) are doing. They weren't able to help with the medical things - there's no 24 hour pharmacies, doctors or clinics anywhere close by - but of course that's not on the hotel. There are several restaurants and pubs within a short walk, and the Horley train station too, but it's still pretty quiet. For stays near Gatwick, for much better price than the 'airport' hotels, I would highly recommend it.

Excellent one night stay ahead of an early Gatwick departure. Everything we could want for a family of 5, which is increasingly hard to accommodate.

Great place for a night before next flight at Gatwick

The house is gorgeous. The room is large, beautifully appointed with fireplace and large windows. Quasim picked us up at the airport, made breakfast for us all while making sure we had everything we needed. We stayed at The Lawn Guesthouse when we arrived in England and a month later when we were heading for home, we stayed two more nights. The train station is a quick walk for a day trip to Brighton on our last day. If we go to England again, we'll definitely stay with Quasim.

I chose this property because it was close to Gatwick airport and it had a shuttle service. My disappointment began when I emailed the day before my arrival with a question. The hotel did not bother to reply-very poor! I arrived in the morning before checkin time and was told a room was available and I was given my room key but wasn't allowed to access the room unless I paid an additional 30 pounds. I explained that as a gold hotels.com member I was entitled to a free early checkin where available but the man on reception was too busy lecturing me on how the 30 pounds was calculated to listen. I gave up and decided to go for a walk. The hotel advertises luggage storage. Since I wasn't allowed into my room (even though I had the key) I asked to leave my luggage in storage and was told to leave my bags at reception. I did, expecting they would be safely stored. I was shocked when I returned 4 hours later that my bags were still at reception exactly where I'd left them. Anyone passing could have taken them and worse, reception was un-manned. My laptop and all my belongings had been left totally unsecured in a public space. For this reason alone I don't recommend staying here if you can't get access to your room straight away. On a lighter note, the room was clean and quiet. The shower was good and hot. The breakfast was good and the man serving was friendly and I caught the shuttle to the airport with no trouble. Nice place but the receptionist needs an attitude adjustment!

This is place is very close to Gatwick airport (1 train stop away or 25 min walk), but the neighborhood is very quiet and walkable. Lots of restaurants and markets nearby.
