Im Vorwege per Email unseren Login Code für die Türen bekommen. Welche dann ab 16h aktiv waren. Lief alles super. Unsere erstes Zimmer war etwas kleiner als gebucht. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat. Wurde uns dann für den 02.Jan ein größeres Zimmer zugesagt. Der Wechsel lief perfekt. Leider fiel dann laufe des Tages das Heißwasser aus, wurden darüber per Email informiert und es alles versucht den Schaden zu beheben. Da es nicht klappte und wir noch 2 Nächte hatten durften wir in das recht nah liegende Haus in der Cannon Street umziehen. Ich muss sagen, wir hatten trotz allem 5 tolle entspannte Nächte in den verschiedenen Zimmern. Waren viel unterwegs tagsüber, um so schöner war es in so tolle Zimmer zurückzukehren. Uns fehlte an nix, mit allem eingerichtet Küche, gemütliches Sofa. Haben wunderbar geschlafen in den Betten. Moorgate - hat 3 Tube Station in der Nähe (Moorgate, Liverpool St., Bank) max 600m Cannon Street - liegt zwischen Bank und St Pauls und genau neben Mansion House Kleine Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants gibt es viele in der Umgebung

The picture does not match reality. There is no reception, and support responds slowly. There was no hot water in the building for at least a few days. We were forced to relocate, which was extremely inconvenient and too far from ideal conditions.

Adorable space! Will absolutely utilize this company again. Everything needed for the small kitchen was provided, a small oven, range and dishwasher! My only complaint is that we rarely had hot water for showers on our five day trip, no matter the time that we showered.

Very close to Moorgate station. The room is stylish and new. There is no front desk but you can help yourself. The entrance is a bit hard to find but you will find it anyway.

This is the second time I've chosen to stay in one of those studios and although in general they are very good, I don't get why the TV is positioned in such a way that can't be watched while lying down on the bed!

Das Apartment war zu einer vielbefahrenen Straße ausgerichtet, wodurch es dort (auch nachts) relativ laut war. Davon abgesehen gab es viele positive Punkte, die Anbindung war ziemlich gut, die Einrichtung war super, vor allem die Küche. Bei der Anreise war das Apartment sehr sauber und es gibt eine Reinigung nach 7 Tagen. Danach war auch alles frisch und sauber. Es gab dort leider nur ein kleines Kehrblech und keinen Besen, weshalb wir nicht selber putzen konnten, haben aber ehrlicherweise auch nicht nachgefragt. Die Klimaanlage war super und durch das Wetter auch bitter nötig. Die Kommunikation bzgl. Check-in kam leider erst sehr spät, weshalb wir schon etwas besorgt waren. Dann hat aber alles gut funktioniert. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, gerne wieder.
