전반적으로 위치가 뛰어난데 내셔널갤러리 빼고는 모두 애매하게 거리가 멉니다. 전반적인 룸컨디션은 좋은데 난방이 제대로 안 되었습니다.

위치가 너무 좋아서 다시 방문하고 싶어요. 런던 호텔 가격이 비싸단것 빼고는 좋았습니다. 추천합니다.

직원들이 모두 친절하였고, 위치가 주요 관광지를 걸어서 다닐수 있어 너무 좋았습니다. 트라팔가 광장에 접해 있지만 객실은 매우 조용했습니다 조식은 맛있고, (특히 오믈렛) 직원들은 항상 친절했습니다 항상 친절했습니다

가족여행중 이용하였는데 매우 만족합니다. 위치가 너무 멋졌습니다. 그리고 깨끗하고 친절합니다.

Excelente ubicación. Lindas instalaciones, pero aún mejor servicio. El personal del restaurante, atentos y amables.

What was to like? We were upgraded to a suite (which is great). What is not to like? The suite was located in the basement , literally the basement with no windows. It was not clear initially because of the lighting but there was no windows; however, that was not the worst part. There was a very bad (subtle) odor coming from some part of the room. We eventually found it coming from the curtains/walls. We asked for it to be replaced and not sure if it was replaced but the bad odor remained. Definitely not worth the upgrade. I am sure not all rooms are like this but please avoid the suite in the basement.

Concierge and door man were lovely! Beautiful property! Definitely check out the rooftop bar!

We were extremely pleased with the hotel location and amenities, but were even more impressed with the level of service that we received from everyone: front desk, concierge, baggage, the restaurant, and the bar. And not to forget housekeeping: housekeeping came by at least twice daily, and on special request as needed, and tidied up our room with fresh linens, towels, and still waters. It was the best housekeeping service that we have ever received. We highly recommend the Trafalgar St. James hotel to anyone traveling to London.

Stay here was amazing. Staff was great and very friendly. Very prompt to attend to our needs and requests. Location was perfect for all of our site seeing and shopping. Breakfast was also very good. We wil stay here again for future stays.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to enjoy your time in their hotel. It is the small things, like putting a bottle of water by your bed when they come in, or closing your curtains in the evening, that make the difference.

Komfortables Bett

Construction around the hotel is ongoing. We had a really hard time sleeping as we were on US time. The hotel itself was lovely and staff was wonderful. But we left there very tired after 3 nights.

We have not stay here since their renovation and the results were amazing. Great new lobby and restaurant area. Rooms are very comfortable and in a fantastic location.

Convenient hotel easy walking to a lot of different attractions. Room was clean and quiet. Staff were very helpful.
