It was cold because the tempeture in the room was a little low, and it was uncomfortable because the water was not drained well when using the toilet wash.

First of all, I liked the fact that it was very neat and new like a hotel located in Canary Wharf. The hotel room was also very small, but I didn't feel stuffy because of the artistic interior and comfortable lighting. But this is all for the hotel. After 12 o'clock, I couldn't be at this hotel because of the construction noise, and at 11 o'clock in the morning, the fire escape siren suddenly sounded with a tremendous noise. Even at 7 p.m, they kicked everyone in the hotel lobby out for half an hour for fire drill. I couldn't make myself comfortable, and the staff were too busy and most of the services were poor. This was my first hotel in the UK, but I felt that the hotel service in the UK was not tailored to consumers. Of course, all hotels need to conduct fire drill, but guests have not been compensated for this damage. The interior of this hotel was good, but the system in it was a mess.

Beautiful area. Hotel was very clean and close to tube links. Staff helpful and friendly. Room was a little small but spotless. Enough for a couple overnight. Will definately be returning.

Convenient location for getting the tube over to the O2, great staff on check-in at reception. Comfy room, nice breakfast choices (although seemed short staffed), good cocktails in the bar :) We had a great night's stay!

Amazing location near the Jubilee line, lots of great restaurants nearby. Room was very clean, quite small, very modern. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff were wonderful, would definitely stay again.

Within walking distance of Canary Wharf Underground station entrance, which means you can board the Underground at Heathrow and go straight there with only one change. Unlike a lot of other London hotels, this one doesn't have the "use card key to turn on electric power" card thingy. Breakfast buffet is pretty good; if you're used to US hotel breakfasts you may find the eggs more runny than you're used to, but otherwise there's a very good selection.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Allgemeinem sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen sind sie lösungsorientiert. Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr praktisch, da sich nicht zu viele Touristen dort befinden. Von der zentrale ist man ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Die Zimmer müssen nicht sehr früh verlassen werden, damit das Personal diese aufräumt. Das wäre ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Aussicht gebucht und haben leider nur den Innenhof zu sehen bekommen d.h keine Aussicht nach draußen. Das fanden wir schade, denn da hätte man gerade eine „Aussicht“ ohne Fenster buchen können. Dadurch, dass man in die Zimmer der anderen hineinschauen kann und das Gebäudekomplex groß ist, mangelt es an der Sonneneinstrahlung. Im Allgemeinem ist die Unterkunft sauber gehalten, es wäre jedoch an den Ecken und Kanten (z.B Kopfteil vom Bett und drüber, die Ecken der Duschen) und Spiegel (Staub) gründlicher zu putzen.

Great new hotel. Convenient location and awesome staff. Will definitely stay here again.
