The staff was very nice and helpful but there were some essential issues. 1) The elevator (lift) was broken for most of my stay. This usually would not be an issue but I have a knee injury and cannot climb stairs. I was moved from the 4th to the Mezzenine floor. The M-floor ceilings were very low. Even then I had to still climb up 1 level of stairs which was very difficult. 2) Noise, noise, noise. The noise was unbearable. It was constant, beating music from the square, casino and club. It was ALL DAY and until 1 or 2 AM. I did not sleep the entire time their. Potential naps were completely not an option because of the extreme, ear drum busting noise from the square. Given these 2 limitations, I left the final night though we had it paid for. It was too difficult and making us ill.

Muy buen servicio al cliente, todo el personal muy amable. Mal el ascensor, estuvo dañado todos los días de nuestra estancia. No había armario en la habitación y la ventana era muy pequeña. La calefacción tarda en calentar bien. Buena ubicación y personal amable.

Both elevators were out of service.

Our room was allocated to someone else due to a leak. We were upgrafed to their sister hotel around the corner. While this was fine no notification was sent yo me prior to the trip

Literally horrendous. Booked 3 rooms and fair enough at a non refundable rate but someone I was travelling with had lost a family member so tried to get a date change but no go from the hotel, would have expected some leniency especially as we gave a weeks notice. The hotel reception is poor, not efficient, room keys didn’t work, 1 of the rooms was 2 hours late to be ready, rooms are dirty and dated. Location great but not worth the money at all. At reception when every time I passed someone was complaining about something. Nearly £1300 for 3 double rooms for a single night literally horrendous. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Helpful staff. No foyer just a small ground-floor café bar doubling as the reception. My Superior Double room was fine for one person, low-lit and compact, but with no desk or chair, which was awkward as I needed to work. Bathroom was nice, well-lit with deco design touches. I chose this hotel based on its location and proximity to an event I was attending. In that respect it was excellent, situated almost directly on Leicester Square, yet still surprisingly quiet. I’d consider staying again if I needed to, as it was the most affordable hotel I could find at fairly short notice two weeks before Christmas that also offered a room with a window, but the price reflects its location rather than the room itself.

Correu tudo relativamente OK, excepto o duche que era practicamente frio nos dois dias (quarto 303). Foi realmente desconfortável e no limite do possível, quase decidia não tomar duche no 2º dia, não é aceitável.

First room was tiny, bed up against wall, even to small for a single, put me in a larger room but still not what I had paid for as a superior room. Bar closed so no facilities as advertised

Great location. The soundproofing was good enough to sleep easily with the hustling outside. The view of the square is nice but you need to draw your shades before bed to keep the light out. Rooms were modern and stocked with coffee and tea daily.

Vi bestilte et dobbelt de luxe room og fik deres absolut mindste værelse no 103. De var fuld booket og da vi kom kl 18.00 kunne vi ikke ændre værelse. Værelset var halv størrelse af andre værelser og tænker at et de luxe værelse på 8 m2 til kr 3.000 pr nat er overpriced.

I paid for the daily breakfast which was average at best. I dont recommend. The suite was nice and necessary as I'm use to larger rooms. Overall ita a nice central drop your bags go place to stay.

2nd stay here - location is key, situated right on Leicester Square. Comfortable room and great bathroom. All you need for a weekend in the capital

Det var et ikke veldig hyggelig hotell. Kommer aldri til å dra tilbake dit. Gangene var så trange at man fikk klaustrofobi, det var mørkt med lilla og grå vegger overalt og man følte at man bodde i en hule. Dessuten gikk brannalarmen midt på natten og alle måtte ut, pga noen som hadde dusjet med for varmt vann. Det så ikke likt ut som på bildene. Det var heller ingen ordentlig resepsjon. Eneste positive var at hotellet ligger veldig sentralt til og rommet hadde litt lysere farge enn resten av hotellet. Det luktet også vondt i dusjen.
