Loved the daily room service, It was quiet & close to shops. Staff friendly & helpful. Only issue was TV no service to watch until last 2 days stay. Unfortunately pool in front of room down for maintenance but we did use other pool. We totally enjoyed our stay, thankyou

Enjoyed our stay here close to everything and ice bar is just a few steps from our hotel, whine down after a long flight. Bbq is just across the street. Price of room is value for money and we will definitely come back here.

When we checked in and tried to.open the door of the room, the door knob came off. I felt very insecure to be in this room. I asked the next room and when the door was opened, a terrible smell came from the room. I had no other option than to get them to spray deodarant just to keep the smell away. Room is like a den. No clean at all. Spots on bed spread. Tea cups looked disgusting. No wifi. After struggle had dinner as all cafes nearby were closed. Next morning when went to breakfast, the table still had food left overs from ladt night. The most disgusting venue i have seen in my whole life. Please remove this venue from your list. Donot encourage any visitors to stay here. In fact i deserve a refund as we stayed only one night and checked out next day. Most.disgusting acccommodation i have been and seen

Took 30mins to check-in, no lift, no aircon in lounge, wrong aircon remote supplied at room call reception no one came to replace remote. porter very poor service, didn't arrive at checkout. Interior wall cracks. Staff - customer service very poor. Small tv in lounge. Wasted $173AUD just a rip-off

The property is conveniently located in the city, offering easy access to nearby amenities. However, it is quite dated, and there has been little to no investment in maintenance or upgrades for some time. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. Checked in at 4 pm, sent to a room which was not made up or cleaned. The room is old tired and had a damp smell. The bathroom and toilet have stains and is dirty. Expedia should be held responsible for this property being advertised as it is because it’s nothing like the pictures that are on the booking sites. The bed was literally curved and could feel the mattress springs. If there was a star less than one star that is what I would rate it. Misleading and certainly not recommended

the staff and crew are traditional Fiji smile and friendliness, but the facility has definitely aged ... and, I am terribly sorry to report, got bitten by bed bugs again. That was the second time in one year that I was bitten by bed bugs in the place. I love the staff, but I am afraid it has not been up-kept well.

The sheets was so old looks so dirty all the dirty marks in there and the pillows and the bed is very old and terrible also, the towels was very old housekeeping was friendly

Lot of staff are not friendly, house keeping is very bad. Always have to ask for towels and make sure room is clean. Poor was not available. Price is also very expensive for the service
