I was pretty satisfied with my accommodation at Hipark Hotel in Paris. It has a lot of good points. First of all, it is not difficult to get to the hotel, although it is your first time to visit there. Secondly it is very comfortable to live in the hotel, in particular bed. Thirdly, you can exercise there. If you want to save money, you can cook by yourself. But the hotel is not perfect. It is located in relatively impoverished neighbourhood. If you do not like that kind of village, it is not your ideal destination.

Great place however seating was limited in the room

Très décu de la chambre la propreté est a revoir (baignoire, draps, poussiere) les taxes de sejours ainsi que le parking est hors de prix (25€ la nuit pour le parking ) Je suis tres déçu pour un hotel 4 etoiles. Il ne les merite pas

Room was dirty and the pillows cases were not changed

Ich war bereits zum zweiten Mal in einem Apartment dieses Hauses. Der Check-In war etwas schwierig, da die Mitarbeiterin weniger englisch als ich französisch sprach. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter sprachen auch englisch. Ich empfehle genau hinzuschauen, wie viel City-Taxe erhoben wird, ich hatte den Eindruck hier wurde versucht zu betrügen. Es gab gegen Mitternacht und einmal am frühen Morgen einen Feueralarm (Fehlalarm) - ich hatte den Eindruck, dass das Personal damit etwas überfordert war. Das Apartment ist wirklich toll und ruhig. DIe Zimmer sehen so aus wie beworben (es gibt verschiedene Kategorien). Zimmerreinigung gibt es erst ab einer Woche - jedoch kam niemand zu mir, trotz 9 Nächten. Die Knöpfe die die Klimaanlage aktivieren sind bewusst nicht beschriftet - man kann nur spekulieren warum. Direkt vor der Tür fährt die Straßenbahn, U-Bahn 5 Min Weg - richtig gut! Supermarkt und Bäckereien direkt vor der Tür. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine, aber eine Nespresso-Maschine im Zimmer.

Amazing, no noise at all, so deliciously quiet: that was our favorite part. Very clean, right in front of the tramway, close to the subway, very convenient. Keeps its promises. My only complaint was a fire alarm in the morning (not the property fault, but a smoking customer). They were trying to fix as quickly as possible the problem and didn't give us a lot of updates during the 15 minutes wait. Overall, the staff needs to improve a little its communication at check-in, check-out and during exceptional events. But really no regrets, we will return, it was a great choice.

We had a great experience here! It was lovely to be here all week! The only thing was that the firealarm went of 2 times in a week in the middle of the night but there was no fire. That was a bit annoying and they didn’t explain what was going on in English so we didnt know what to do both times.

Great accommodation. Tram in front the hotel. Metro 8 minutes. Great boulangerie 5 minutes walking. Room is good equipped with a good fridge. And great bathroom

Place was very clean and organized. Quite spacious for the location and price.

We had a lovely 4-night stay - 2 adults and 2 teens. The second bed is a couch with a trundle in the living room. Plenty of linens and pillow, though an extra duvet would have been nice so the boys could split their bed. A bit chilly and some Paris law forbids above 22C. A nice bath and shower. Stuffy front desk staff - provided what was needed, but not so friendly. Expensive breakfast - we did not try. Shops, restaurants, ATM nearby.

Easy access to Metro for getting around Paris. We bought 5 day metro passes which were excellent value. The hotel was easy to find , clean and comfortable. We had a usable little kitchen with fridge , ceramic hotplate and dishwasher . There was a small supermarket nextdoor which we used for some provisions .Only negative was the air con on went down to 19 c and with the heat outside at above 25c it struggled to keep the room cool. Overall as a base to tour Paris it was well worth the money.

Wir hatten für zwei Nächte gebucht und sind nach nur einer Nacht wieder gefahren. Wäre es nicht schon so spät am Tag gewesen, wären wir nicht mal eine Nacht geblieben - so unwohl haben wir uns gefühlt. Das Hotel - von den Fluren über die Aufzüge zum Zimmer selbst - ist nicht ordentlich gepflegt: Auf den Fluren liegt vereinzelt Müll, es riecht, als hätte jemand Eintopf gekocht (keinen leckeren) und die Aufzüge sind versifft, als würde nur ein Mal pro Woche oberflächlich geputzt. Auch das Badezimmer war nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist karg und das meiste Personal nicht gastfreundlich, ein Lächeln habe ich bei den wenigsten Interaktionen erlebt. Was die Sprachkenntnisse angeht, erwarte ich natürlich kein Deutsch, ausreichende Englisch-Kenntnisse dagegen schon (gab es aber nicht).

This hotel is close to the metro (10 min walk), has a tram line across the street and a grocery store right next door as well as good bakeries and more. Safe neighbourhood, you'll need your key to get in the hotel and in the elevator to your room. Courteous staff (although some were clearly new as they were not aware of the most basic information). Our studio could use a fresh coat of paint but kitchenette was fully functional (with Nespresso machine) and both the bed and sofa bed were super confortable. Breakfast is too expensive, especially since there are two great bakeries in the area, and Nespresso machine in the room and a fridge in the kitchenette. We used the laundry room (no comment - really clean) and we noticed a small gym available for guests. The only major flaw - wifi was deficient for the whole duration of our stay (6 days). My daughter had homework to do and we had to rely on extremely weak signal or my data plan (which we had to replenish). Slightly disappointing since the hotel prides itself in free wifi. Close the La Villette, Cité des sciences et Cité de la musique, and the Paris Conservatory. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends, and I know we would definitely return for our next trip to Paris

Sejour juste convenable. Petit déjeuner trop cher; parking trop cher.

Likte overnatting stedet, store fine rom med god utsikt og servicen på hotellet var kjempe bra. Hyggelige resepsjonister. Renholdet kunnet vært litt bedre, men var fornøyd med hotellet.
