It was a great property for our first trip to Paris. Luckily, it was near the tram station and metro and it honestly didn’t take long to get into Paris. Not even an hour. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. Also, our room was really great for the value of how much we spent. Clean and comfortable.

J'ai été très surprise par le supplément de 71€ en plus des frais déjà payer. C'était très désagréable, surtout que j'avais poser la question à mon arrivée. De plus, je suis arrivée avec un jour de retard car j'ai raté l'avion donc la journée du 10 n'a pas servie pour couvrir les frais. Très très mauvais point

Accueil très désagréable et pas professionnel: il n'y a pas de serviettes dans la chambre, on me dit d'utiliser le tapis de bain comme serviettes. Séjour de 5 jours, la chambre n'a jamais été faite. Très froid dans la chambre malgré le chauffage allumé.

Ramenez vos couvertures et habillez vous chaudement avec eux vous n’avez pas la possibilité de mettre du chauffage ils l’ont bloqué à 19…moi dans ma voiture 19 c’est pour avoir de l’air frais. Il fait 0 degré dehors et on se gèle même à l’intérieur des chambres. Je suis parti en pleine nuit.

J’ai aimé: Chambre spacieuse et très propre Literie de qualité Personnel très sympathique et aimable Bien placé : nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité Ce qui m’a déplu : Pas moyen de les joindre au téléphone en amont, même le standard général que j’ai fini par contacter n’a pas réussi à les joindre. Envoi d’un mail resté sans réponse. Interphone extérieur dysfonctionnel : attente sous la pluie qu’un client finisse par passer et nous ouvrir. Impossibilité d’appeler pour prévenir qu’on attend devant, puisque non joignables par téléphone. Pas de pass ou de code pour accéder au parking sécurisé : il faut attendre que l’employé de la réception nous voit depuis sa caméra et nous ouvre… Ce qui a pris du temps à chaque fois. Un vrai sketch pour moi quitter l’hôtel : je laisse ma clef à la réception à mon départ, et préviens qu’il faut m’ouvrir le parking. Le réceptionniste me dit oui, je sors et j’attends, sous la pluie, que le garage s’ouvre, mais rien ne s’ouvre. Je veux donc retourner à l’intérieur réitérer ma demande à l’employé mais comme l’interphone ne marche pas, je reste sous la pluie. Un client arrive et m’ouvre, je trouve l’employé qui s’excuse et m’ouvre. Je monte dans ma voiture, mais la porte du parking s’est déjà refermée, j’attends donc à l’entrée du parking que l’employé me voit via sa caméra et m’ouvre. Les minutes passent, toujours rien. Je ressors du parking, et fais de grands signes depuis l'extérieur jusqu'à ce que quelqu'un finisse par me voir...

The cleaning crew knocks on your door starting at 7:30am to get you out of the room early, even though that is hours before checkout time and keeps knocking until you leave. Also no air conditioning, as advertised, and the lobby is used as a sit-down meeting and meal room for several long term guests. Cleaning during your stay is an extra charge.The toilets are slow to flush fully because the drain line is mounted sideways to the wall rather then through the floor.

Très bon séjour juste le parking sur l’application c’est mi que c’est compris dans le séjour et quand on arrive on nous dit il faut payer 12euros par jour à chaque fois on sort on doit se présenter à l’accueil pour sortir et rentrer sinon très bon séjour 9/10.
