J étais dans une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, et il y avait un bruit de soufflerie horrible. Quand j ai demandé à changer de chambre le réceptionniste m’a dit que l hôtel était plein et m a proposé des boules quies. Le lendemain, la responsable qui n était pas très compréhensive, selon moi, et il a fallu que j insiste pour qu elle me change de chambre. Pour un 4 étoile, je trouve qu ils doivent faire des progrès pour satisfaire leur clients. Après le changement de chambre, j ai pu dormir.

Hôtel confortable, seul petits bémols, chambres au dessus d un bar et malgré l isolation de la fenêtre, jusqu’à minuit il y a du bruit. Et le petit déjeuner que je trouve cher pour la prestation.
