디즈니 호텔 샤이엔

서비스면과 다른것들은 괜찮은데 가격 대비 조식이 너무 형평 없었습니다. 디즈니랜드와 가까움은 좋은것 같습니다.

방번호 잘못알려줘서 들어가지도 못하고 무거운 캐리어들고 리셉션까지 왔다갔거렸어요 방에 들어가니 먼지도 많고 화장실에 새비누인데 살짝까져있었고 쓰레기는 세면대에 있네요 냉장고 없는건 그렇다치는데 호텔안에 편의점이없어서 불편했어요

오로지 토이스토리 느낌을 보고 결정한 숙소였는데 소소한 귀여운 느낌은 있지만 침대와 침구가 조금 불편했답니다~오래된 느낌이 나서 쇼파베드도 삐걱거리구요~그 점 빼고는 뭐 나름 괜찮았어요~가격대비 아쉬움이 있는 호텔이었답니다~

위치 만족합니다 서비스 만족합니다. 오토매틱 체크아웃 만족합니다. 엘리베이터가 없는 것 불편합니다. 실내가 약간 추웠습니다.

Overall the resort is a cool theme. The actual main buildings are in good nick but the rooms are very dated and in need of a proper refurb.

It's a lovely place, although it is not ideal if you need a mobility scooter as all main doors open outwards, also everyone leaves pushchairs near the toilets so if you need the disabled toilet you can't get round. One member of the security staff was extremely rude, shaking her finger saying no when all I was doing was letting her know something was left by the luggage room late at night when there was no one around. Everyone else in the hotel was amazing and lovely especially the lady on the access booth in the hotel, she was so lovely but I can't remember her name

the cafe/saloon didn’t have a lot of space to accommodate all their guests, that’s the only issue we had. Other than that, spectacular place to stay and the people were lovely

So cute and if you don’t want to go bankrupt on the bigger Disney hotels, this is such a sweet alternative.

We were 4 adults in one room, loads of space, we will be back.

Upgraded from an off site to an on site hotel two days before travelling, still using the booked passes, have to say it was worth the money for four reasons: 1) The two boys faces when they realised they were going to the Cheyenne and not the Campanile was priceless, the Cheyenne has to have the best theming. 2) The magic hour, everyone got to do their favourite ride which took the pressure off the rest of the day. 3) Not having to negotiate our way onto the shared bus to the Campanile,being able to walk back to the hotel or take the Disney bus is a joy. 4) Free parking and EV charging. It all worked for me, the reduction in fast pass charges and the free charging took some of the sting out of the extra costs. One thing on parking, like the rest of Disney there is work going on which reduced the car park slightly, on leaving on the Sunday there was people parking on the grass verges and anywhere else they could. Only thing missing from the Campanile was the free breakfast.

Conveniently located a short walk from the Disney Village. Shuttle bus available too.

Perfect location and the staff were amazing with my little boy. Bonus of having a Starbucks on site :)

Amazing stay at Hotel Cheyenne, great location, great atmosphere and clean good size rooms.

Nice property, a short walk to the village and i really enjoyed the buffet at dinner.

Excellent. Really nice hotel. Themed rooms Access to Disney via free shuttle excellent Left luggage area. Meals ( evening) expensive but good choice and very convenient. Laundry facilities good when you are travelling with children
