Room in tip top conditions with free minibar in room n bottles of water. Fantastic experiences for my family visiting disneyland. All hotel resident has priority to enter park an hour earlier which is great. Only cons is no free shutter service to nearby shopping outlet /villages, which other hotels near the outlet shopping provides to disneyland. We hv to pay £6/pax instead.

De déception en déception, excepté la chambre qui est de toute beauté déception 1 : le personnel moins avenant et moins sympathique qu'avant (on ne ressent plus la magie Disney à travers eux) déception 2 : aucun rendez-vous photo et/ou aucune surprise de croiser des personnages dans les couloirs de l'hôtel ou dans le hall pour faire des photos déception 3 : le "Royal" buffet qui n'est pas du tout à la hauteur du tarif pratiqué (mets basiques de moyenne qualité et choix restreint. Obligé de réclamer les plats manquants qui ne sont pas remis surtout si vous arrivez après 21 h 15!!! déception 4 : le nombre de personnages qui défilent dans le restaurant "fixé" à 4 pas plus. déception 5 : la non présence des personnages à table lors de la célébration des anniversaires des enfants - uniquement la musique et 1 ou 2 serveurs qui apportent le gâteau!!!

Quelques détails indignes d’un 5 étoiles (gel douche vide, pas de décapsuleur pour ouvrir les bouteilles du mini bar, peignoir manquant réclamé plusieurs fois mais jamais apporté) mais la magie opère et le fait de résider à l’entrée du parc est très agréable. Le tarif ne vaut cependant que le plaisir de nos enfants. À faire une fois mais on ne renouvellera pas l’expérience.

Tolle Parkplatzmöglichkeit und keine zusätzliche kosten. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber. Leider hat da Personal nicht berücksichtigt, dass wir zu dritt im Zimmer waren, es wurde alles für 2 Personen ausgelegt, 2x Tassen, 2x Hausschuhe, 2x Wasser. Minibar war am 1.Tag incl. Die Badewanne ist sehr klein zum duschen hat man wenig Platz. Das Buffet Restaurant ist leider nicht mehr so toll wie es vor ein paar Jahren war, nicht mehr so viel Auswahl, vorallem am Frühstück Buffet, nur eine Sorte Käse, keine Avocados, keine Zwiebeln usw. Trotzdem ist es ein Besuch Wert, sehr schöne Einrichtung.

Stunning hotel but this does reflect in the price. I do feel their should be improvements made to the swimming area as it should represent the quality and detail put into the rest of the hotel. Children were disappointed that their were no slides etc in the pool as it was boring. The beds were very comfortable especially as I have a back condition. Staff were lovely and very convenient location to access the parks.

Over priced average 5* main Disney hotel. Too big. Queues for a very average poor food quality breakfast. Fittings/panels not fitted properly to the bedroom walls even after refurbishment. Would never stay in a Disney hotel again. Food throughout Disney Paris overbpriced and poor quality.
