We assume that you have heard about us from your employee. We stayed the hotel riviera elysees from 16.08.2016 to 19.08.2016. On the third day night, when we stayed room 206, we were robbed our newly purchased items. They are three handbags and a wallet. It costs about 2725 euro.
After we checked in, we always kept our room key at hotel front desk and we went out for sightseeing. But when we came back to our room, we knew somebody has robbed our items.
We think that the hotel is responsible for our robbed items. We trusted the hotel and they have duties to keep the items of the guests safe. Daytime hotel worker(6:30am -6:30pm) told us that we can get compensation from the hotel insurance and we submitted the copies of the receipt, police report and our phone number. We wanted to meet you immediately but we heard that you were on vacation. And we have no way but sending you e-mail. We want to know how and when can we get compensation for our robbed items. So please reply as soon us as you can.
