메르퀴르 베르사유 샤토 호텔

Our stay at the Mercure Versailles Chateau was very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and English friendly. The morning breakfast was superb with everything you would expect in a European hotel.

Very helpful staff spoke. English. Check in was easy. Room was clean but very small.

Staff are great and the property is nicely maintained. The twin room we were in is a bit small for 2 people.

Personnel très aimable, hôtel très bien situé, à la fois au calme mais en même proche du centre ville et bien évidemment du chateau de Versailles (une dizaine de minutes à pied maximum). Chambres belles et fonctionnelles

El hotel tiene buena ubicación para conocer el palacio de Versalles. El hotel es moderno. Excelente atención de todo el personal. La habitación es muy pequeña. No hay lugar para las valijas. El baño es muy cómodo. El desayuno podría mejorar con más opciones de fruta y yogurt

The staff were really helpful and friendly and whilst they understand English they were very accommodating to our French speaking attempts. Important to pre book the parking for a small fee is necessary as no space to park in the vacinity.

We had a lovely 3 night stay here. Within easy walk distances to the Palace and other sites. Parking was limited in the underground garage si book ahead, but we also noted some public parking for motorbikes at street level just along from the hotel which we could have used. Breakfast was plentyful and all staff were very attentive and helpful. We will definitely visit again.

Nur 1 Übernachtung, unkomplizierter, freundlicher Check-in, leider nur 8 Parkplätze, somit alles belegt Lobenswert ist der Minikühlschrank, aber leider nicht zu benutzen, da Tür nicht zu öffnen aufgrund des davonstehlenden Bettes im Zimmer 210.

Kivalla paikalla keskustassa, kävelymatkan päässä linnasta, torista, ravintoloista, juna-asemista yms. Lähellä paljon kahviloita ja ruokapaikkoja. Kokolattiamatto. Siisti huone. Ystävällinen respa. Satikan sai lainaksi sateeseen. Aamupalasta ei tietoa, sen nautimme Monument Cafessa (iso suositus).

Bra hotel centralt

Zeer goed hotel, lekker en verzorgd hotel. Enige minpunt zijn de matrassen - deze liggen door. Erg proper, alles mooi verzorgd. Er is een zeer beperkte parking voorzien, maar is perfect voor wat nodig is. Het personeel moet steeds de poort van de parking openen en sluiten - hierover wordt niet duidelijk gecommuniceerd, waardoor je steeds moet uitstappen om dit te vragen. Niet erg praktisch.

Room was hot. Said they had a/c but must have turned off for the season

Clean and comfortable room. AC is only available in summer, once fall officially begins AC is inoperable regardless of outdoor temperature. The day we arrived (in October) was really hot. By night it had cooled down enough that we could open the window for an hour to cool the room. There was no sleeping with windows open as it was too noisy outside. Fans were provided on request which helped a lot. Rooms are on the small side. Location was great. Walking distance to Versailles, my 77 year old mom was able to walk there and back without a problem. 5-8 min walk to bus stops. 15 minutes to RER C and L line from Paris (hotel is between the two stations). We felt very safe waking the streets at night and early morning. We did opt to take the bus to RER at 5:30 am rather than walk due to nearly deserted streets and darkness at that hour, but still felt very safe doing so. Overall great value and would stay here again.

Un hotel cómodo, práctico, a una distancia perfecta del Palacio de Versalles. Magníficas instalaciones, habitación pequeña pero suficiente; cama deliciosa. El personal sumamente atento y el desayuno, superior al promedio de los hoteles franceses similares.
