Exceto for Mouna, as atendentes do check in em 01/01/2025 eram muito ruins. Uma delas mal falava ou entendia inglês. Incapaz de ajudar. Deixem a Mouna treinar as outras pessoas. Por favor, recolher pratos e bandejas que ficam nos corredores por horas.

The location near Bastille was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, though I would have preferred a sofa instead of a chair, but we made do. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with anything. The spa was a fantastic bonus, especially after a long day of sightseeing and shopping.

The room, especially bathroom had a very strong, rotten smell. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It had no support and sank easily

Perfect location to avoid super touristy feel

Worth every penny! Don't forget your swimsuit because the spa is amazing. Also staff were very understanding of our lack of French and really kind to us.

Absolutely loved my stay here (10.19-10.24.2024). I can't overstate how friendly and helpful the staff here are, really top-notch professional customer service. 10/10 would stay here again. Also, the neighborhood (and surrounding/adjacent) has a great locals feel, not a ton of tourists. The metro is at the end of block and there was always a lime bike to rent close by as well.

The staff literally could not have been more helpful! The front desk was SO welcoming! The room was spotless. I upgraded to a patio where we enjoyed a bottle of wine in the evening. Breakfast was sumptuous. Is stay here again without hesitation; and I'd recommend it to anyone!

Best hotel in Paris hands down.

Everything was excellent. The place was clean and roomy and comfortable. The best part was the service. Everyone was friendly. The front desk staff were accomodating and helped with restaurants and trips.

What a fantastic stay we had at MGallery Bastille Boutet! From my first emailcontact to check on petstays and our arrival, to the very moment we left, we felt absolutely pampered! We were upgraded to a junior suite w roofterrace, aa guests of the day, and received special treats for my birthday. The facilities were brilliant, great pool and spa facilities. Last but not least, the staff was exceptional in friendliness and attentiveness. The location was brilliant, very local Parisian and yet close to major sights such as Pl de la Bastille and Pere Lachaise, and only 15 mins walk from the Marais. We took bikes to get around, which were easy to find around the hotel. We will definitely stay again!

My special gratitude to Ms.Mouna and Mr.Demba for helping us with the room allocation. Thanks to their efforts we had an excellent stay. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The suite was comfortable, spacious and had a huge terrace. Housekeeping was on point. The staff were kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!
