Hôtel parfaitement situé face à la gare du Nord et à proximité de la gare de l'Est. Métros et RER à 2 minutes à pied. Très bon accueil. Chambres propres et confortables. Petit déjeuner à volonté. Je recommande vivement l'hôtel Picardy.

My stay was wonderful. The hotel staff was excellent and the price was very affordable compare to the rest of Paris. I would recommend for those who are traveling to Paris and on a budget

좁고 오래된 호텔이지만 파리 북역 바로 앞에 위치한 호텔. 조식은 20분만에 동이났으며, 채워넣지를 않아 먹을 것이 없었음. 짐을 맡기고 관광을 하려고 잡은 호텔이었으나, Luggage keeping 서비스를 하지 않는다는 것이 함정.

Très médiocre dans l'ensemble . Odeur de poussière dans la chambre, rideaux Sale, sanitaire indisponible pas d'eau pour la chasse d'eau .... Drap déchiré , couvre lit vétuste et tâches...... Le point positif en face de la gare du Nord .

Non existent customer service. Shabby run down hotel. NO interior lighting, dangerously dark in the hallways. No heat. Poor water pressure. No sheets.

L'hôtel est vétuste : l'électricité ne fonctionnait pas dans le couloir et au plafond de la salle de bain. L'escalier d'accès était encombré de sacs de linge ce qui pourrait poser un problème de sécurité si une évacuation était nécessaire. A la réception on ne nous a parlé ni du wifi ni du petit déjeuner.

Das Zimmer war von der Grösse für 3 Personen ok. Die Kofferablage war kaputt, die Schublade nicht sauber, das Telefon kann man nur benutzen, wenn man das anmeldet kostenpflichtig bei der Rezeption. Sonst kann man nicht mal die Rezeption anrufen. Das Frühstück entspricht nicht den Bildern bei z.bsp. Booking! Wenn man gerne noch Eier haben möchte, weil die anderen Gäste alle gegessen haben oder Orangensaft alle ist, dann gibts das nicht mehr. Gäste haben sich während des Frühstücks beim Personal beschwerd, dass vieles fehlt. Da wurde die Tür zur Küche abgesperrt und das Radio sehr laut gedreht, damit man nichts von Beschwerden der Gäste hört. Wir werden nie wieder da übernachten.

L’enregistrement s’est bien passé. Les espaces communs sont encombrés d’outils de bricolage et de nettoyage. Le petit-déjeuner est assez moyen. La baguette est coupée en rondelles, le jambon en petits bouts, ce qui donne l’impression qu’on ne doit pas trop en consommer. On a eu droit à de la baguette le samedi matin, mais le dimanche, que du pain de mie. Dans la chambre, l’éclairage se fait avec un néon, ce qui n’est pas très esthétique.

As a place you need to crash in for a night its okay compared to the price, but and a big but if you care about the bathroom it smells very bad and we had an issue with the shower and in my two days stay they inform me that they fix it, which they didnt. Bathroom is way too small. The big issue i had is about breakfast, i regret that i paid for it since you can have only one Croissants and there is only 2 kinds of bread and one kind of cheese. Worst breakfast buffet check the picture and you will know in advanced what you get

I didn’t like the attitude some of the staff, I stayed 2 days when I ask why no new bathroom towels they say “ u have to used yesterday towels “ WHAT ????? R U Joking !!!!!! Room far too small light not working & keep going on & off,

You get what you pay for. It’s safe and good for a nights rest but not more. Shower head did not attach to wall and light flickered. Towels and bed sheets were older but clean. Pillows lumpy. Staff was super friendly and there to help.
