Stayed 1 night before flying back home the next day. Staffs were friendly and were very prompt to assist us before, during, and after our stay. The biggest reason that I chose this hotel was that it looked clean, provides late-night check-in, and that luggage storage was available. I think these three things are wonderful and makes the hotel excellent, but the bathroom sink and shower looked pretty old and stained. Just use the slippers they give you for the bathroom. The room was big and was very quiet. Loved the quality of the mattress and the bedding. Due to conflicts, we couldn't use the spa. There were two breakfast options, both were very affordable and reasonable. We chose the bread+drink option which was ~10 Euros/person, and we enjoyed our time in the morning. The location is nice, within walking distance to two subway stations, and it was pretty close to get to CDG to catch the flight except the traffic's pretty bad.

I think these three things are wonderful and makes the hotel excellent, but the bathroom sink and shower looked pretty old and stained. Just use the slippers they give you for the bathroom. The room was big and was very quiet. Loved the quality of the mattress and the bedding. Due to conflicts, we couldn't use the spa. Great location for exploring the city and dining, and pretty good hotel with an attached little spa which is a treat. The room was quite small and a little basic but enough for one person, and the bed was excellent.

Séjour de 2 nuits en famille, grande chambre pour 3 personnes, ce qui est rare à Paris.
Au calme, bien insonorisé, rideaux bien occultants, bonne literie.
Bien équipée, machine et café + bouilloire.
Petit déjeuner simple mais avec produits de qualité.
Jacuzzi et Hammam sont un vrai plus après une journée de balade.

Fresh towels stored under bathroom sink. Water leakage also under the sink = not a good combo. Told reception twice, but they never told cleaner. A/C not working. Its because it's winter, reception explained. Had to keep windows open for air, lots of traffic noise. But friendly staff and location was good.

I had a very nice stay at la Finca. The hotel is small, nicely decorated and in a very lively area, few minutes away from la Bastille. There is a supermarket just in front of the building, which for me was a plus. I loved the neighbourhood which was also very well connected with the metro.

Would have loved to like this hotel but it fails big time where it matters. The internet is so slow you can't even stream video. Forget getting any work done if it's anything more than emails. I did verify with the front desk that it is ALWAYS that slow and drop in and out constantly. Also the AC does no more than blow air, it doesn't not get cold. This hotel is on one of the largest streets in the city, opening the windows is not an option. It's a 5/10 hotel.

Very clean, well decorated rooms. Tiny, but well designed for maximum use of space. Beds very comfortable and shower hot! I was street side but soundproof windows kept the noise out. Excellent location near metro. Lovely restaurant. Spa was okay, but nice addition. Overall great value.
